- [R1] Kisi Verification email never sent: The verification email was not sent during signup and the resend button doesn’t work. Couldn’t sign up and use the key.
- [R10] Kisi I see what they are trying to do but…: Kisi wants to protect. Like the system leans toward security. But the malfunction of the hardware and software. Literally everyday something is wrong with Kisi. Kisi is my Dinkleburg. ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾Hate it because it’s always a problem. But man, if it worked it would be awesome.
- [R61] Square Point of Sale (POS) Not happy with this app: I have an account that I’m completely blocked out of. I changed my cell number and now it wants to send me a text to confirm my account. They give no other options such as email. They have no way of contacting the support team. It’s very frustrating. Please fix this issue. Please respond to this with a way for me to contact you.
- [R83] Square Point of Sale (POS) Wonderful!: Square is easy to use very beginner friendly.
- [R3] Kisi Laggy and broken Shortcuts integration: Simple app, but laggy when using your home with their scanners and shortcuts integration is totally broken.
- [R9] Kisi It’s okay: I wish the app would unlock the doors by holding my phone close to the door reader instead of having to click on the door button then have the door unlock. Also, when I click on the door button, my phone wallet opens sometimes instead. But it works, so I won’t complain too much.
- [R62] Square Point of Sale (POS) Checkout: I love using square but… I don’t like the new updated checkout where it pops up the prices. Like… if I press the button (tap, insert or swipe) the top shows the cash price and the little itty bitty number below shows the card price, like that needs to be swapped. It needs to be clear not just for the workers but also the customers. Mistakes are made when people squint their eyes like it’
- [R78] Square Point of Sale (POS) Bad update: I’ve used square since it was new. It’s been great for the most part but lately I’m not very happy with it. I’m not able to swipe cards at all- not every client has a tap card! So I’ll then have to type in the number- huge waste of time. I’m also really annoyed with the way the tip options are presented. I’ve have several clients or myself accidentally add a tip because we’re just tryi
- [R4] Kisi CrossFit: I’m a member of my CF and I only go to open gym due to my schedule. We can use Kisi to let us inside. Kisi is very glitchy and not reliable. I have been notified by the app countless times now to contact my Coach due to it logging me out (I didn’t do it) from the app. It worked like wonders at first now it’s just so annoying. My CF had no control over this app. This app needs an update
- [R34] Kisi Unreliable: Unreliable app
- [R64] Square Point of Sale (POS) Dont waste time: Everything about the app and the payment process is fine i use it alot for my business but the big, main and only concern with this app and why i would not recommend it is because they play with your money! Every transaction I’ve had since opening the account gets flagged by there system and then i cant access the money earned from my sale until 2-3 business days later which is di
- [R111] Square Point of Sale (POS) Needs better support: I own a business and I wanted to offer Credit card transactions for customers. I have heard of square. Setup the account and all the info it asked for. First transaction with a customer and a large amount of money is being held by square. No emails, no notifications. I had to talk to customer service for 40 minutes to find out what’s going on and they said my account is being
- [R37] Kisi Awful company: It's a very bare bones system. Stripped down and cloud-hosted for no other reason (for most organizations) than to charge an exorbitant amount for a subscription (for a DOOR LOCK). The hardware is low quality. The nfc is very finicky so if you plan on that being your main access method, maybe look into another system. I had a horrible experience with Kisi. We used Kisi for 3 years
- [R93] Square Point of Sale (POS) Good app… HIGH fees: Whilst app manufacture and ongoing support requires money to make it happen it’s frustrating that more users producing more profits don’t enable fee reduction for use ! A FAIR balance of low fees against increase of usage by more customers would attract even more users to utilise this app.
- [R19] Kisi Variable: Work sometimes, other days it doesn’t
- [R45] Kisi Price Gouging: Price gouging at its finest. 900% increase without notice after 1 year!! Great at first. Then a year later will raise their prices tremendously, unethical and unacceptable! Learned from my vendor about the change in price, not even from Kisi. Actively looking at different door access companies. Kisi, do not respond with, “contact support”. Respond when you can actually make this r
- [R103] Square Point of Sale (POS) Absolutely appalled: eave reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. As a legitimate business owner, I trusted Square to process a client’s payment and support my business operations. After receiving my first payment, my account entered review, which I understood and accepted as a normal security measure. The problem wasn’t the review itself, it was everything that followed. I receive
