The only problem is the receipt is hard to send via email or text to the customer, it is complicated to get the email/number correct. I have not yet used the new version and I hope that that small problem is solved. I totally recommend this app to all small businesses with Shopify! It is a very wonderful experience.

As I have had a similar problem in the past, I assumed it was an update. When I went to test it a few days later to troubleshoot it, it was suddenly working fine. Hopefully whatever the problem was, it was resolved.

Keeps giving me an error message about location and won’t let me type or exit out which is why I delete and reinstall.

The printer often disconnects which causes delays at the tills. No faults were found. The updates are regular and so things change or disappear, which causes stress to staff. Less updates would be good. Shopify support are however amazing and always helpful.

Same thing with the card reader it almost never connects causing loss in sales! I've tried using it on multiple devices and it's the same on all of them!
