- [R8] Bolt Convenient Travel: It has made travel throughout Europe very easy and convenient and it is cheaper than Uber.
- [R56] Bolt Easy to use and you get multiple fare prices to choose from: Easy to use and you get multiple fare prices to choose from
- [R68] Uber Good not great: Priority support is a scam. It’s not even easy to find or locate where to contact Ubers to begin with and then when you do your prompted to answer questions, there should be an option to be able to call them instead of doing all that it just wastes time and I am an Uber Gold driver still not getting through to them.
- [R74] Uber Uber app good/bad: I wish the app would let us defend our selves (ie hard breaking ect. This app (driver platform) is very in fair to drivers) I really wish the gps was more accurate the speed limits are wrong most of the time and the directions are wrong many times. Only other thing is it does not factor in traffic or road delays so this is a problem. The good it’s easy to use
- [R11] Bolt Very convenient: I have used Bolt in many counties and I have appreciated their service and I haven’t had bad rides.
- [R12] Bolt App works great. Horrible support: App is great and like others said mostly cheaper than uber. But when anything goes wrong, support totally sucks. They make 0 attempt to listen to complaint.
- [R63] Uber Navigate function: Have you guys realized the “navigate” function will automatically put us online? It wasn’t like that before. It’s kinda inconvenient. Is that a bug or…
- [R77] Uber Bad GPS: Good app to make money as I’m a full time Uber driver but please fix your GPS It cliches while I’m on rides. Sometimes it takes you to the wrong address too. Fix the issue that’s why I’m giving 4 stars.
- [R6] Bolt Not as reliable as UBER in USA: This app works well in Spain but not so well in Italy and France. It takes a longer time to secure a driver than in UBER USA and very often driver cancels in the middle of the trip, sometimes it takes three driver attempts to secure one ride (specially in Paris).
- [R19] Bolt Terrible: Tried to use bolt in Paris. Six drivers in a row canceled our ride. We never use them again.
- [R64] Uber Not reliable, Too slow: Can’t depend on this, too many problems
- [R70] Uber You don’t care about drivers problem: Do not use uber driver app on airport especially lga, uber will waste your time on doing back and forth from waiting lot to terminal 4-5 times before you get a trip and I have been complaining they don’t care,I wish I could swear on you people, I waste 5-10% of my battery just doing back and forth from waiting lot to terminal and terminal to waiting lot.
- [R32] Bolt Excellent most affordable ride share: Great cars better prices!
- [R79] Uber Uber is underpaying drivers and overcharging people: This company has been overcharging people and customers for the last three years, and underpaying their drivers, they are collecting fees as government tax but at the end of the year the drivers need to pay extra tax to the IRS, they been lobbying in Congress to not get fined, the drivers paying for everything and uber is taking almost 50% of th
- [R85] Uber Distance Management: As a new driver, my biggest frustration with this app is how frequently it sends offers that simply don’t make financial sense. It is not uncommon to receive offers such as $3 for an 18, 25 mile trip, or $6, $8 for deliveries well beyond 8, 10 miles. No driver signs up to lose money. The purpose of driving is to earn a reasonable profit after accounting for fuel, vehicle wear an
- [R60] Bolt Worst and slowest support I've ever received: Bolt seemed promising, offering cheaper rides than Uber but the cheaper rides are with tiny European which are uncomfortable. And if you lose anything in their car, good luck getting it back because their support is by far the slowest and unhelpful I've ever experienced. Stick to Uber for a more reliable ride sharing journey
- [R76] Uber TERRIBLE: Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I think a toddler speaking a foreign language could help me better than any of them
