- [R3] Community First CU Allow 2FA and Passkey’s: It would be awesome if you could setup 2FA in Raivo or something like Authy. Not only that but setup passkey support. So the account is hooked to another piece of hardware. So nobody can just login to your bank account from grabbing cookies or anything.
- [R5] Community First CU Bill Pay: Who ever was the one in charge of getting this new bill pay should immediately be fired. This new bill pay is NOT USER FRIENDLY. It involves many more steps and is a waste of time to the old version everyone liked. If this version is supposedly better why does it now have a separate helpline. Talking with employees at the credit union they seem to have the same attitude that I have. This
- [R10] Community First CU Bill Pay: The bill pay feature on mobile app is horrible. You can’t see past payments or schedule
- [R12] Community First CU Limited Functionality: This is app no better than a 3rd Party app that signs into your account and tells you your balances. Functionality of this app is still lacking. You're better off saving a bookmark to your desktop off the website. ....something as simple as understanding what your payment due date and minimum due for your own credit card isn't available but you've got functionality to pay a
- [R1] Community First CU Drew: Tried to transfer funds from one account to another and those of us that use voice over, blind, the app does not work in voice over. This app is not visually impaired friendly.Left prior rating due to same problem, nothing has been done to improve app.
- [R6] Community First CU Convenient: I love having the convenience of the app. It is user friendly and overall great for information and internal account transfers. However, I am struggling to get the deposit function to work. Thanks!
- [R17] Community First CU User friendly: Very user friendly, transfers are easy, easy access to balance information and deposits are easy to make within the app.
- [R4] Community First CU Issues: Can’t log into it the normal way, it just sits and says logging into account. I have to click on the contact us button and login through there to even see my bank account its a huge inconvenience
- [R7] Community First CU Mobile App Issue: The app for mobile was fine just until recently it’s been acting weird on me. Whenever I click on the mobile app it keep saying Access Denied and giving me some IP number and etc… when I call customer services they said on their side are fine. I’m not sure if it’s just the app or it’s my phone. I seriously deleted the app multiple times and it still says Access Denied. Hopefully
- [R18] Community First CU AVOID MOBILE DEPOSITS: I’ve never seen a bank with such awful mobile deposit policies. It takes several days to go through when so many other banks will upload the amount in your account right away. If you’re looking for banking ease and not having to go out of your way to the bank, this isn’t the bank for you

- [R55] Community First CU CFCU APP ON MY IPHONE: It is so convenient to have the CFCU APP on my IPhone. It totally empowers me to check and manage all of my accounts anytime and from anywhere. It enables bill paying and transfer of funds; again, anytime and from anywhere. I rate the CFCU APP 5-STARS for convenience, ease to use, and reliability (has never let me down).

- [R27] Community First CU Member review: Been a member for few years since working and retiring from OshKosh truck and have had great support from everyone there Thank you sincerely for all your support throughout the years first with OshKosh credit union and now with Community First credit union as a member
- [R29] Community First CU Awesome: This bank has been a Blessing to me and EVERYONE there, ARE Awesome.💛
- [R36] Community First CU Mobile deposit does not work: The mobile deposit feature has always been glitchy, but recently it will come up with some random error message every time. “Please use a dark background”or “depositing this check will exceed your $4,000 daily limit”. I don’t think a $7.00 check is going to put me over my limit. I called and was told to delete and download the app again. No such luck. I work during ba
- [R40] Community First CU Mobile deposit: I’ve been banking with community first for about ten years now and never had much of an issue. I recently moved and the closest community first is an hour away but I chose to stick with them because of the mobile deposit and mobile banking. After the new software update, I am not able to deposit my checks through the online banking which really puts a huge hold on everything. I jus
- [R66] First Community CU Houston Functionally ok… BUT…: Functionally the iPhone app is okay, but it’s only just O K. Many various features are missing such as a Zelle feature for example. Recent update finally added Face ID sign in. Great but about 5 years later than most other banking apps. At least the app is quick and responsive.
- [R73] First Community CU Houston App could use some work: I wish the app had sell or paypal access ability to be able to transfer from other bank accounts
- [R82] First Community CU Houston Horrible: Doesn’t give exact balance doesn’t have Zelle just don’t like it overall
- [R84] First Community CU Houston FCCU needs improvement and update their banking: The app it mediocre. It dosent have everything other banks offer. FCCU needs to update to a better way to pay and transfer payments like Zelle
- [R70] First Community CU Houston Not very good UO: Horrible UI. Cannot set up autopay on loans for my car. You have to call the branch itself. Paying the auto loan from a different account requires you to jump Through hoops. Highly not recommended Jump
- [R72] First Community CU Houston Needs work: No pay off allowed. Doesn’t allow outside banks to transfer or pay off loan.
- [R100] First Community CU Houston Not convenient: Why on Earth can you not easily make payments on your loan or car within the app? You should be able to make a payment with an external bank account or card just like every other company allows. I have to go in person to make payments and it’s ridiculous. It’s 2026!!
- [R102] First Community CU Houston HATE!: Can’t make auto payments on my loan, the app is clunky, I hate it so much.
