I hate this app and wish Arrowhead would fix it. It sucks

I don't get notifications about deposits etc. until i click on the app and open it. (Yes, I have notifications turned on for this feature) SUPER FRUSTRATING. I've uninstalled/ re-installed the app and still... Same issues.
13. [R21] Arrowhead Mobile Banking 3/5 · US Password resets: I got logged out and wasn’t able to log in. Every time I try to reset my password it never lets me. It tells me it can’t find my account after I input my security questions correctly and locks me out when it shouldn’t be this difficult. I always have to call and give the same answers just to reset my password it’s ridiculous!
