- [R3] Meritrust Mobile Bill Pay - Can’t see payee details: Why can’t I see the address info of the payees I’m paying in bill pay? It’s nice it finds something and seems to confirm with zip code, but I don’t feel confident that a smaller local company is going to the right place. I don’t need to have the ability to change anything, simply show me a street address. Finances are about how we feel as much as functionality.
- [R13] Meritrust Mobile Trash: The app crashes over and over, never loads or pulls up, constantly has errors, and over half the time you can’t even get passed the login screen. Considering switching banks just based on how bad this app runs and inaccessibilities of my account through the app.
- [R61] Helium Mobile Garbage: Advertised as being free, but my plan was canceled and app support was non existent. Complete waste of time.
- [R66] Helium Mobile Can’t choose free option: I just downloaded the app on my iPhone 12 and created an account but for some reason it won’t give me the option for the free plan. It only gives me the 15 and 30 dollar plans. I explicitly downloaded the app because I thought it would be free but it keeps asking for payment. If you guys can fix that then it would be greatly appreciated.
- [R7] Meritrust Mobile Confusing: I’ve had a couple auto loan apps and this one is by far the most not self explanatory app when it comes to transferring money into the account and around the account. Very frustrating app to work with and set up auto payments 🙅
- [R22] Meritrust Mobile Difficult to Use: It's backwards and not user friendly. Still have to call in for information that should be able to access in the app. Not able to make payments ahead.
- [R69] Helium Mobile Love the service, hate the app: My service is great but I had to contact support just to update my payment method today. I also moved almost 2 months go and whatever they use for address updates it’s just straight up doesn’t work. I can copy paste my address straight from the USPS website and it’ll still say that it can’t update it.
- [R98] Helium Mobile App is terrible: I have no idea what the service is actually like, because I haven’t actually been able to sign up for it. The only way to sign up is via their terrible app, which as so far first not accepted my preferred email address, and then, once I hit upon one it would accept, won’t let me advance beyond the billing page, where the “Proceed to Checkout” button remains gray despite having fi
- [R54] Meritrust Mobile Crashes to Home Screen constantly: Since the latest update the app crashes to the home screen on any action. Transfer, view account, anything at all, instant crash. The app is completely unusable at the moment.
- [R70] Helium Mobile I want to like it: In theory this service seems like it should be a good idea. The reviews would tell you it is. But their execution, customer service and overall quality of speed is far from desirable. My BIGGEST complaint is absolutely having NO WARNING before my data speed is throttled. I’m throttled so much I can’t even use my phone to pay for more high speed data. That has left me in some ver
- [R95] Helium Mobile Good service, but spotty.: Really good value and affordable service. I’ve had a mostly positive experience, but there are definitely moments where the connection drops or gets weak in certain areas. Good service, just not perfect yet.
- [R64] Helium Mobile Fraud: Made us add a credit card for “taxes and fees” on the free plan then turn around and increase the plan to $15 per month. Fraudulent way to make us pay money and get payment information
- [R90] Helium Mobile Horrible bait and switch: Horrible company steals information....its a bait and switch....free plan become 2 dollars month now it's 15 dollars month
- [R92] Helium Mobile SCAM!!: The pulled a full blow bait and switch. Offered free limited phone service to get people using, called it free forever, then changed it to $15 a month! Shame on them, try being honest with your customers.
- [R17] Meritrust Mobile Member: My only complaint with Meritrust is when I call the main number I never get an answer and when I put my name on the callback list, they never called me back which means I have to go to my branch office to get whatever I need done.
- [R41] Meritrust Mobile Works after a call from Nick: I’ve been a Meritrust member for 20+ years, but didn’t realize that my checking account number and member number are different. I tried to re enroll for the online and mobile app but it kept giving me an error, so I sent a message on the chat. The following day, Nick called and was very helpful and patient with me while I tried to re enroll. He got everything working
- [R65] Helium Mobile Great Customer Service: My SIM card got stolen and Customer Service put my account on freeze for me as I requested. We eventually got it all sorted out. Quality people.
- [R85] Helium Mobile Amazing Service: Helium is an amazing service easy to use, customer service is fast and answers quickly. Definitely recommend to all my friends and family to use!
