Haven’t had any problems but this year they filed mine with a $1400.00 mistake to my detriment. It really hurt because I was counting on that money to pay overdue bills with. You don’t have to pay for filing unemployed income moving you from the free option to almost 100 bucks. Your better off going to an office and filing. I was nice, she became sarcastic. I cannot reset my password. Two emails unanswered. Lesson learned, Turbo Tax was awesome My taxes were not filed because of a matching soc security issue. Did research and others are having the same issue.
