The family feature is still not working, and I cannot find where to add my family members’ email addresses or accounts. I also tried contacting support through email and Instagram, but I have not received any response so far. Very disappointing experience.

You can create projects (private/shared/work team), easily organize with labels and levels of priority. It has board view, list view, calendar view, set multiple reminders with an alarm, add Time Tracker to see how much time you spend on a task etc. Now you can also add tasks by speaking. J
