It does what I need it to do, check balance, transfer money, deposit checks, but it’s no frills, no Face ID, and very slow. My kids can’t even get the app to work on their phones. Please please update the app!

They have always been able to provide quality service and answer any questions that I may have. I love the new app update and I look forward to using the track my spending tool. When I try to click on the help option the app closes and I have to start my registration over from the beginning. I attempted to call them and all the options go to mailboxes that are full. I’ll be changing credit unions within the month.
