  1. [R1] iCollect Everything 1/5 · US Bait n switch: I have a very extensive collection of die cast , action figures . Sports card , Pokémon cards etc. so I decided to try this app right off the bat you have to pick your subscription level.. I chose lifetime since it was for everything 99$. Then comes the upgrade to pro to unlock all the special features .. another 99$ I passed on that one n glad I did. On the action figures it was s
  2. [R4] iCollect Everything 1/5 · US Ok if you have 5 minutes per car to manually enter every car: It draws you in with promises of fast scans and bulk scan capabilities but that just not accurate. You have to pay for AI scans. The bulk feature doesn’t work at all. It states it will give you options since the UPC code is case specific, not car specific so it will give you the cars in that case to choose from. It only did that one
  3. [R68] Sortly 5/5 · US Absolute best system for organization and inventory: I have gone through pretty much every single app and service out there and sortly has always done everything that I needed to in terms of organizing things I have for sale to personal collections to household inventory. I love their QR feature. It works excellent. I use it to sort all my shelves. I want to say a big thank you to the developer fo
  4. [R80] Sortly 5/5 · US Simple and exactly what I need: This is the first time I’ve ever written a review for an app. I operate a commercial shipping container depot and rental fleet. I looked all over for inventory software that was easy to use and didn’t have 300 extra features I don’t need getting in the way. I downloaded this app and within two hours, our intern had the entire inventory organized, with pictures!
  5. [R3] iCollect Everything 3/5 · US I like the format and functions but expensive and glitchy: I like the format and functions which is why I pay for it, however for an expensive paid app, it has been way too glitchy, many times not accessible when I need it, won’t load my inventory without any notification of an update or whatever. I expect better from something that costs this much.
  6. [R21] iCollect Everything 3/5 · US Used to be great: I have the paid version. In the beginning, all was great. Support was responsive and things worked, and worked well. Now, I have constant loading issues, my collections disappear or won’t load for several days at a time, I can’t switch between collections without freezing and crashing, and support does not respond. If you’re looking for a good collection app, it may be best to lo
  7. [R62] Sortly 5/5 · US My sortly: I was very new to inventory and sorting boxes, sortly made it easy to learn use the sortly app. 1750 units inventoried
  8. [R101] Sortly 5/5 · US Happy so far: I am not the smartest computer guy, but I must say that Sortly is quite user friendly thus far. It’s allowing our company to do even more than we thought. When I did get stuck I went to their website, submitted my question and within 30 min I received a detailed, easy to understand email. Thus far I have no regrets using Sortly.
  9. [R19] iCollect Everything 1/5 · US App unusably slow to load if you add “too many” items, like 1000: …So in other words, it’s not fit for purpose. Developer claims 1400 movies is too many for their app to handle on older hardware, ~10 second delay is to be expected. Save your money.
  10. [R61] Sortly 1/5 · US Buggy: I’m sorry I got on it. These are the biggest issues: It either doesn’t save or looses data. It freezes the entire iPad. Add a note, then a price before saving. I dare you. The camera assumes you’re using iPhone.
  11. [R100] Sortly 1/5 · US Good Till Last Update: Unfortunately last update made it almost unusable for tracking our kegs. If problems are not addressed we will have to develop our app to track our assets
  12. [R6] iCollect Everything 3/5 · US LIMITED: not a bad app overall but unfortunately it’s not really free. It only gives you about 30 scans before it makes you pay for “unlimited access” and of course the subscriptions range from $40 to $100.
  13. [R12] iCollect Everything 3/5 · US Good but… not actually free: Looks like a free app, has really good customization- but you can only do up to 15 of an item before you have to pay :(
  14. [R67] Sortly 1/5 · US This has to stop: $450 for a yearly advanced plan? That's nuts. $45 isn't ideal for a basic plan. By the way, I got emails every day from Sortly until I yelled at them and they deleted my account
  15. [R75] Sortly 3/5 · US Love it but the pricing no: I love this app It come with 100 free entry’s and then it’s $499 /year that is crazy unfortunately
  16. [R16] iCollect Everything 1/5 · US ZERO Customer Service: They take your money, then upgrade in a year and your old version is no good. And half your collection just disappears without earning or explanation. If you are smart enough to export a backup, great, but it can only be added by them and they never respond.
  17. [R117] Sortly 3/5 · GB Great app but subscription model is annoying: Overall Sortly is a great app with a strong set of core features. It however likes to follow the subscription model which for some apps makes sense, but for a home inventory system it doesn’t. Would much prefer a one-off lifetime purchase for this type of app. Hopefully this will be offered at some point soon!
