- [R3] Max Tracker Hurricane WPLG Used to love but now won’t open: I used to love this app, but now it just says “loading”
- [R10] Max Tracker Hurricane WPLG Ready to delete this app: I used to love Max Tracker, went on it all the time for my weather reports. And my radar. However, ever since the upgrade it’s been absolutely awful. I now I’m back to using WeatherBug.
- [R65] National Hurricane Center Data Outstanding App: Have relied on this app for years and find it to be an outstanding application. The information and how data is presented provides the most complete and accurate monitoring tool for hurricane monitoring and forecast activities.
- [R70] National Hurricane Center Data HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP: I live near the coast in the Florida panhandle, and I have used this app for years. It has all kinds of features and data from the most reliable sources. It is my. “Go-to” tool for checking forecast models, including spaghetti modeling. It has practically any tool you will ever need.
- [R101] National Hurricane Center Data One star for 2024 updates.: Been using this app for a few hurricanes seasons. This year (2024) the app changed. It is not intuitive, not easy to use and does not give the information it has in the past. This used to be my go to app for hurricane/storm information. Now, Accuweather, Wink, and Windy have far surpassed this one. The changes this make the app very hard to use.
- [R112] National Hurricane Center Data Useful data and great support: This app offers a range of models and useful information. The customer support is excellent. I had a question about an upgrade and the administrator replied to my request for help immediately. He sent screen shots that helped me with an upgrade and he did so courteously. I recommend this helpful app highly.
- [R16] Max Tracker Hurricane WPLG Radar freezes and crashes: The latest update has a glitch with the radar. In addition to forecasting many hours into the future the app freezes and then crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the same results. Please check and fix this issue. Same problem on 2 iPads and 2 different model iPhones.
- [R41] Max Tracker Hurricane WPLG What happened?: This was one of the best app but now it doesn’t even load…
- [R68] National Hurricane Center Data Excellent and accurate application: As a retired tropical meteorologist, I rely on this app to keep up to date on the tropics. A very useful and informative app.
- [R72] National Hurricane Center Data Go to for storm tracking: Living in south Florida this is the app I rely on
- [R22] Max Tracker Hurricane WPLG Bring back the pre-update!: The updated radar is TERRIBLE! I can hear the thunder and nothing is showing! Having to switch back to local radar app. This has been my go to for YEARS. But this update that causes the radar to show the “future” on loop is just not accurate. So sad!
- [R66] National Hurricane Center Data Tracking: When I first used the app, it was really nice to see more information. The down side is it wants you to pay so you can tell if you need to leave the area.
- [R73] National Hurricane Center Data Charging for spaghetti models now.: Was happy with this app until they started charging for the spaghetti models. There are other free apps that give you those models.
- [R47] Max Tracker Hurricane WPLG Won’t load: Doesn’t work anymore. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Home page won’t load, none of the other tabs show any information either. Will delete for good now, and try another app. Shame because this used to work so well
- [R75] National Hurricane Center Data Horrible update: Now you have to pay to see what used to be free, don’t wast your time
