- [R6] Flight Tracker + No more Search by Route?: I've used this app for 10+ years. When I logged in today, the only search is by flight number - with no way to search by route! WTH?!
- [R42] Flight Tracker + Are you guys removing features?: No longer able to see all flights to or from any airport. Now i have to put the specific departing and arriving airport code…. Thinking of switching to another app just for this reason
- [R63] United Airlines New features don’t make up for regressions of critical features: There are some bright spots in the latest update to the United app. However, what is more attention grabbing is the regression of search capabilities, overall latency across the end to end up, poor user interface haptics (really sensitive with no easy “out”) and more. I appreciate the enhancements like airport navigation, wait times,
- [R70] United Airlines Confusing and not satisfied: I think the app is very confusing. I figured things out but my 85-year-old mom struggled in fact when she bought her checked bag it went under my name. I’m not sure if she did that or the app did that and ended up having to pay another $40 for a check bag. In the end, she spent $75 pre-sale for baggage checked. Frustrating and very disappointing.
- [R2] Flight Tracker + Free Version Downgrade: Not going to leave some silly one star review. I’ve used the app for years without issue, almost always just to track my wife’s incoming flight to pick her up. Just now opened it to use it for the first time in months, and it’s now unusable in the free version. Now bombarded with endless ads and demands to get the paid version and can’t even figure out a way around it to do
- [R9] Flight Tracker + Very useful but very pushy to buy subscription: It is very hard to exit out of the subscription page when opening the app, which is very annoying.
- [R77] United Airlines So convenient!: I’m new to the United app and am so pleased with how easy it is to use and how everything you need is at your fingertips!!
- [R118] United Airlines Not user friendly: Checkin process encumbered with sales pitches and totally confusing. Thought I was checked in but apparently not. Never had a problem like this on other airlines.
- [R13] Flight Tracker + Latest release broken: I have been using this app for a long time, but the latest release crashes instantly every time I try to use it. The app help leads to a “not found” page on their site and an email sent to a general email address was ignored. If they fix the app and contact me, I may change the rating, but for now, this app doesn’t work, so the rating is deserved.
- [R19] Flight Tracker + Once Great-No More: I’ve had this app for quite some time and was always happy with it until now. Every time I open the app, it crashes. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it 3x and rebooted my iPhone each time. No change. I attempted to get support from the developer and that was not possible. My subscription expires in April 2027 so I’m out of luck as I have a useless dead app.
- [R61] United Airlines No connectivity: The app works less than 50% of the time
- [R85] United Airlines Total garbage: Information doesn’t update in time, is wrong or incomplete. Would be better not to have the app at all. Do better United. Much better.
- [R1] Flight Tracker + Was cool: It used to be free. Now it’s six bucks a week.
- [R4] Flight Tracker + $$$: Why is the subscription based now…???
- [R92] United Airlines Great App!: The United app keeps getting better and allows for quick flight changes when necessary.
- [R16] Flight Tracker + Not reliable: The biggest issue of all is that it on one recent trip, it could not find my confirmed flight despite TripIt, Flighty, United (the airline for the flight), Flightradar24, FlightAware all able to find my flight. I contacted support and they appreciated my ticket and also wanted screenshots of all flight tracking apps I use for that flight, and I obliged. No follow up from support
- [R82] United Airlines worst app and customer service: love paying a fortune for a flight only to be delayed and then cancelled… then checking in online to have several issues and can’t get ahold of customer service because nobody picks up for at least an hour.
- [R83] United Airlines Helpfulness: The agent was awesome and so helpful with my problem. Stayed on line until she was sure it worked.
- [R114] United Airlines App won’t process my flight change due to major delay: Had to wait on hold 30min, agent at the airport wouldn’t assist, only gave me a phone number since the app wouldn’t let me confirm my moved flight and wouldn’t help me with a hotel voucher since it’s such a late and long delay.
