- [R8] Sortly Absolute best system for organization and inventory: I have gone through pretty much every single app and service out there and sortly has always done everything that I needed to in terms of organizing things I have for sale to personal collections to household inventory. I love their QR feature. It works excellent. I use it to sort all my shelves. I want to say a big thank you to the developer fo
- [R10] Sortly Bait and switch: Despite a tremendous investment of time to get this software dialed in for my needs, I was satisfied with the overall capabilities. Three years into the subscription they sent an email notification that the annual rate would increase by over 300% in 30 days (from $468 to $1428). Needless to say the subscription has been cancelled and I am looking for another solution.
- [R61] Stockroom Inventory Useless as a small business owner: Just trying to digitize my inventory but it only allows me to organize items alphabetically or by date created instead of by ID. So ID for each item is useless and the app did not even remember the order that I entered the items if it’s on the same day. Tried to export what I had to see how it would look and the doc is blank except for the apps name
- [R68] Stockroom Inventory Excellent Inventory App: This is a great app for your average homeowner. We use it to inventory what we have, and where we put it. The older we’ve become, the more this app has been a lifesaver.
- [R2] Sortly My sortly: I was very new to inventory and sorting boxes, sortly made it easy to learn use the sortly app. 1750 units inventoried
- [R41] Sortly Happy so far: I am not the smartest computer guy, but I must say that Sortly is quite user friendly thus far. It’s allowing our company to do even more than we thought. When I did get stuck I went to their website, submitted my question and within 30 min I received a detailed, easy to understand email. Thus far I have no regrets using Sortly.
- [R64] Stockroom Inventory Don’t bother: I was using the app to do some simple inventory and about a third of the way through, it was discovered the app was not saving the dates that were entered. Before using I did do a bunch of testing and all checked out fine. It just quit doing what it was supposed to. Not sure if the paid version is better, I wouldn’t waste my money after this and will be using a reputable known app.
- [R113] Stockroom Inventory Excellent and so easy to use: This is such a great app. I have used it for inventory to track all my items in boxes when I was moving. Have moved twice and have always relied on it. I am a list maker, constantly making apps because I tend to forget easily, but the ability to sort into files and use a picture and add details is awesome! I wish that I could sort the folders but regardless, this app
- [R1] Sortly Buggy: I’m sorry I got on it. These are the biggest issues: It either doesn’t save or looses data. It freezes the entire iPad. Add a note, then a price before saving. I dare you. The camera assumes you’re using iPhone.
- [R73] Stockroom Inventory Time wasted: New update has wiped all my items, no contact support 😞 please help!
- [R90] Stockroom Inventory Good-ish: I’ve been noticing that my inventory counts will automatically change from like 33 to 22 or 11 to 1. And I wish it would also have a “previously was” count like square and something that shows when an item was last edited. I do like how easy it is to use, it’s a bit slow to change to the previous page when you save a new count so I start to count my next item.
- [R5] Sortly Not Recommend: For something to track inventory and nothing else, paying for subscription that jumps to over $1,000 is crazy. I’d rather redo my whole inventory (almost 2,000 items) than signup for their service again after using this app for almost two years!
- [R18] Sortly Great App, Crazy Expensive: The app is great and easy to use. But it caps out at 100 items for the free version and then it costs $500 PER YEAR to increase that limit to 1k or 2k (can’t remember which). That’s an insanely high cost, especially for a recurring payment. I’d pay less for a one time up-front cost to just increase my total inventory space (don’t need an additional/fancy features). Not
- [R80] Stockroom Inventory If not for 2 shortcomings, The best free inventory management app: Excellent app that delivers what it promises with 2 big fails: 1- Cannot backup and restore your data. 2- There are adds that cannot be removed.
- [R106] Stockroom Inventory Absolutely simple and perfect, absolutely free.: If this is not exactly what you are looking for, get it through your thick skull that you have to pay. This is the app absolutely perfect for simply being a more organized notes app. It does the bare minimum but has all essentials. Infinite items, infinite folders, u can attach an image for each item. And the price. So happy I found this it is exact
- [R54] Sortly Can’t export to PDF in order of list.: The app is good, however, when you export the app to a PDF it jumbles the list and have asked for help twice but no reply from support. This app could be great! If they updated the error.
- [R66] Stockroom Inventory Not bad but needs revisions: This app does do what I need as far as letting list items (for reselling purposes) and it’s free which is great. But they REALLY need to allow you to sort your it’s. That part is really annoying and with the more that I add, the more annoying it will get trying to find an item when it’s sold.
