- [R11] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking Love it: Easy to use
- [R14] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking Outstanding!!: I engage with several financial institutions, and Wright-Patt excels in every facet- their app is no exception!! It’s easy to use, clear, and makes virtual transactions a breeze. Sending money to others has never been easier. Love love love!!
- [R17] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking Awesome: Great app, easy to use
- [R21] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking Credit card change: The new update is stupid. Why would you make it harder to access credit card information? Software engineers just sitting there thinking of new ways to change things just to change them?
- [R1] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking My WP App review: This app is not good. It’s slow and the credit card balances or payments are not updated fast enough. Some accounts do not show the correct remaining balance. It used to be better before. Now it’s trash.
- [R9] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking Hate the update: The update is terrible and you should go back to how it was before. Don’t fix what’s not broken.
- [R10] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking Worse banking app imaginable: There is never a working current version of this app it is constantly either under development or not working if your someone who needs to consistently be aware of your bank funds use another bank until they get a working app
- [R15] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking Glitchy on iPad: I’ve had too many instances of receiving error messages, e.g., unable to provide a new password due to technical problems, when using my iPad. Unfortunately for my interface with WPCU, I use my iPad 95% of the time to conduct my business.
- [R6] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking Used to be great: After the most recent overhaul, I have an outside account that whenever I click it on the app or online on my laptop, takes me to the budget section. It doesn’t allow me to update passwords for that particular imported account. I’ve tried to remove the outside account. Neither the app nor the online portal will allow me to do this. Prior to the overhaul, I could go in and change
- [R12] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking Great Credit Union: We like the Credit Union, the issue is the app is very inconsistent with making check deposits.
- [R2] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking Good: App is good. Wish it would stop asking me every time I log in to give a review.
- [R3] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking Like the app: Can we stop asking when we log in. I like the app’
- [R4] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking Asking for rate too many times: The mobile app is good and works fine. However, every time I log into it, the app prompts me to leave a rate and a review. It becomes overbearing at times
- [R7] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking Don’t need to ask for a review every time someone logs in.: .
- [R16] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking Credit Cards: All of the changes made to the credit card account are not for the consumer. We used to be able to make payments and see our balances go down instantly similar to how we can with loans. This has been the biggest drawback of all the changes. The app also glitches a lot which it never used to do. You have to select a button multiple times and it’s almost like it doesn’t register it.
- [R30] Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking Update is trash: The has been terrible for atleast 6 months as a member of 5 years and have had the app and kept up to date its progressively gotten worse. At times the accounts take 6 hours to update balances and alerts are about useless bc they take equally as long. Sign in trouble and transferring issues. The app needs taken down for a week so you guys can actually fix it. Extremely disappointe
- [R66] Woodforest Mobile Banking Too many glitches..: Too many glitches in the mobile app. Have to frequently delete and reload….
- [R67] Woodforest Mobile Banking Shutting down: Every time I go to make a deposit, it closes the whole app.
- [R77] Woodforest Mobile Banking Money transfer didn’t work: I initiated some money tranfer from the app ‘Send’ option using a contact information. Next day someone from Woodforest called me to confirm about the transaction. But few days later I saw that the money acctually did not transfered! Woodforest App should be able to handle a simple money transfer just like any other bank does. Disappointed!!
- [R79] Woodforest Mobile Banking Mobile banking needs lots of work: So many glitches in the process! Do not like the app. Deposit process kicked me out 4 times!
- [R68] Woodforest Mobile Banking 2026: The app is good. The bank works, but it’s 2026, it’s time to start accepting Zelle and Venmo (instant) transactions.
- [R116] Woodforest Mobile Banking Please: Luv it but would love Zelle implemented soon
