- [R10] GoodRx Noah: The greatest app ever created for people without health insurance or in between jobs that offer health insurance. It has saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you GoodRx!
- [R11] GoodRx GoodRx saves: I have saved lots of money using GoodRx since losing my job. It is a gold mine
- [R17] GoodRx Great savings!: This is a very easy way to save money on prescriptions. That insurance doesn’t cover or cover as well.
- [R83] PocketRx Super easy to refill meds: When I need a refill it’s so easy just to check it off and hit send. I never need to call knowing it’ll b ready right away. For urgent meds it’s filled instantly. Very personable Plus it’s nice that they know my name
- [R2] GoodRx In my experience: I have trouble with navigating this app. Maybe I need practice
- [R20] GoodRx Service good but app changes...: I like the service overall, and have no complaint as someone that combines the discounts with existing insurance. However, recent changes to the app have made managing reminders impossible to find. I feel like they might have removed the feature, but the notifications still exist on my phone, with no way to modify or remove them.
- [R65] PocketRx Simple and Easy to Use, though it sometimes flakes out: This app works well with my pharmacy and makes it easy for me to keep track of my prescriptions and submit refill requests. It is designed simply and is easy yo use. However, the app is a bit unreliable and sometimes just doesn’t work. But it’s good when it is up and running.
- [R94] PocketRx Horrible!!: This has to be the worst app I’ve ever tried to use. Did a middle school student design it? Not user friendly. Not intuitive.
- [R63] PocketRx All prescriptions ordered don’t go through!: I have had several times when I reordered 2 or 3 different prescriptions and only one gets ordered. The app says 3 prescriptions are being sent to the pharmacy, but not all go through. Frustrating!
- [R67] PocketRx WAY Too Many Issues: This thing is just awful. I need to re-choose my pharmacy every time. Most times it won’t take my refill requests for some reason or another. I call the pharmacy and use their automated system, works 1st time.
- [R81] PocketRx Multiple error messages: Every month I have to cross my fingers and hope my medication requests go thru. Most of the time, when I am requesting refills, a red box pops up saying “internal server error”. Using the app is not convenient if it doesn’t work. It might be faster to call the pharmacy and request refills by phone. If the glitches could be fixed then it would be a solid 5 stars.
- [R102] PocketRx Doesn’t work right: The app tells me I’m successful sending refill requests to the Pharmacy but they don’t receive it!! Boooo!
- [R58] GoodRx Great app!: This app is great for giving me low prices on medications not covered by my insurance. Easy to use as well. Free account works great and i am investigate premium for bigger discounts. I recommend this app.
- [R77] PocketRx Ochun35: Excellent
- [R12] GoodRx Great pharmacy: I’m in healthcare and have recommended this Rx company to many people, very efficient and great prices.
- [R84] PocketRx Okay app, but….: I like the convenience of the app, but it is difficult to perform certain things in the app. It is difficult to delete previously used addresses and to try to get technical help. My account has an e-mail address associated with it, but when I try to request technical help, the app says that I need to have an e-mail account associated with it. So, no bueno!
- [R112] PocketRx Not the best: This is what my pharmacy uses so I have no choice. The app is kludgy and fails often on the first attempt to do something. When asking for acceptance of their privacy policy the link to said policy doesn’t work, so no I don’t accept. After signing up so I could renew my prescriptions I received a few scam text messages. The first for this phone number, although I can’t prove they hav
