Now it’s counterintuitive on usability and bill pay frequently doesn’t work. I just don’t understand the need to mess something up that worked great. But not now!

Other institutions CUs expanded to other customers without forgetting who built their CU. Service sucks, but you can get coffee and stand in line to cash a check or do you banking.

This typically means that if I can’t remember the exact amount, I’m going back-and-forth between screens in order to make a full payoff payment.
