I know there is a need to make money but your about to lose app users.

In addition, news articles are poorly written, missing key content like location and time. Furthermore, because of all the advertisements, I won’t click on a video….its too much too much time and advertisement to sit through.

Prior to the changes it was so easy to maneuver through and find out which stories were of interest to me. Now with the new format, I find myself using different news sources because it is too confusing.

Also sometimes a notification of a story or an event in progress to livestream is sent, but can’t be found when opening the app. I have alway liked channel 2, but I disappointed in some of their recent performances over the last couple of years.

Sometimes you open the app select weather and you get a blank page. Close app down all the way try again and it populates. Ended up switch to apples weather app and just uninstalled 9News, will try again in a few months to see if they can get the bugs removed.

Most annoying is the old news, it’s like they don’t refresh what’s on the app but a couple of times a day. Scroll for more news and it just repeats it what’s up top!! This is the most annoying.
