They required you to scan a QR code to view the food menu which consisted of burgers and fries. When AmEx discontinued that relationship with PP, I was never again able to sign into the app. I chatted with support people at PP, obviously tried resetting my pwd; nothing worked. It’s like the folks at PP had not imagined a scenario like this (which must have been common).

You can’t talk with anyone in the the department that handles the claims. I sent a fax and asked if it was received and was told they have no way of reaching that department.

Also, they will change your credit limit at anytime according to your relationship with other creditors with no warnings. There are so many other options out there than this card.
