- [R4] MyTSA Not live reports: Maybe this used to work but it does not reflect accurate live times if you compare to airport websites which report actual live times. This is useless and just gives estimates based on history. And can be amazingly inaccurate
- [R12] MyTSA Not Real Time Info: The app is a great idea. I figured I can see how good or bad the wait at the security lines is. However, after using it I determined it is just giving you the collective average wait time for that time on that day - not what is actually happening. The average wait time for 3:00 on a Monday based on months or years of data. It’s still useful but not nearly as much as I hoped.
- [R61] United Airlines First time and Last Time: My seat was cancelled 3 times for this trip. Not the flight. My seat. When I tried to rebook the 3rd time my seat, next to my colleague, had been taken so we both had to move. All 3 cancellations were blamed on the airport, with no accountability from United. The agent in the chat ended the chat when I asked for a number to call and how to reference the chat to a manager.
- [R63] United Airlines New features don’t make up for regressions of critical features: There are some bright spots in the latest update to the United app. However, what is more attention grabbing is the regression of search capabilities, overall latency across the end to end up, poor user interface haptics (really sensitive with no easy “out”) and more. I appreciate the enhancements like airport navigation, wait times,
- [R2] MyTSA My favorite app as a frequent flyer: The app is very accessible and works very well on my device. I has just re-downloaded it because it is such an amazing app. The AI has issues but besides that it is a pretty amazing app when I’m not sure something can get through the TSA I will check the app. I have to fly to school ever week so this gets handy when my teachers or AIDS give me something that I
- [R47] MyTSA Helpful app: Having this app is very helpful, all information is there
- [R65] United Airlines So intuitive: The app is so easy to use! So intuitive and you can do literally everything from your app!
- [R83] United Airlines So convenient!: I’m new to the United app and am so pleased with how easy it is to use and how everything you need is at your fingertips!!
- [R10] MyTSA WRONG: Said wait time was 60 minutes, there was no wait, it took longer to work thru the back and forth turns to get to security.
- [R67] United Airlines No connectivity: The app works less than 50% of the time
- [R91] United Airlines Total garbage: Information doesn’t update in time, is wrong or incomplete. Would be better not to have the app at all. Do better United. Much better.
- [R64] United Airlines $50 for first checked bag is highway robbery: It sure seems like United is trying to maximize customer dissatisfaction
- [R88] United Airlines worst app and customer service: love paying a fortune for a flight only to be delayed and then cancelled… then checking in online to have several issues and can’t get ahold of customer service because nobody picks up for at least an hour.
- [R70] United Airlines You should’ve held the plane.: Our first flight out of Newark was late because of you, and we RACED to our connection and arrived in time to board, yet boarding had completed. There was no connection hold. No gate agent. No human to speak to. We were just left standing there, looking at the plane we were supposed to be on while it sat at the gate. And you KNEW we were coming. Once again, a bad c
- [R68] United Airlines Ashlie: Love flying United , faithful x years
