- [R3] Mailchimp Email Marketing Can’t resend to select audience members: Trying to resend an existing campaign to specific audience members gives an “empty audience” error, even after confirming the audience selections.
- [R50] Mailchimp Email Marketing Great except for inability to exclude recipients: This app is great to edit campaigns… while traveling with one exception. The desktop version of Mailchimp allows you to select an audience “except” recipients who are tagged with a specific tag. The app omits this necessary feature and I cannot exclude recipients or otherwise create new segments.
- [R70] Spark Mail Missing core functionality: No way to view only unread messages. Feel like that’s a pretty major oversight. This is not something that should be put behind a paywall, that’s just sleazy.
- [R62] Spark Mail Mostly good, could be better: Mostly good but does not do a good job of search. It frequently leaves out older emails and the sort order it presents emails in is unintuitive. I often resort to the default Mail app when I need to search for an email.
- [R5] Mailchimp Email Marketing Easy to use: I love how easy it is to use and add emails
- [R8] Mailchimp Email Marketing App usage: This app is easy to use
- [R69] Spark Mail Nice most of the time, but attention to detail is lacking: Using spark is a pleasant experience 99% of the time. But there are a lot of bugs and small things that annoy, the app randomly freezes on a white screen, emails aren’t cached and take a while to load, search is noticeably worse quality than Gmail, and emails with wide HTML content can’t be zoomed out or scrolled horizontally. I still use
- [R88] Spark Mail Unreliable: I have been using spark for years. Over the past several months the app has become very unreliable. Emails won’t load, sometimes can’t scroll down on an email, it will show a notification but everything is read, and other similar issues. It feels like they started adding AI bloat and the reliability suffered. Finally giving up and letting my renewal lapse.
- [R4] Mailchimp Email Marketing Never works: Can't get a page with a log-in field. It keeps saying Whoops! Try again. I have tried again vountless times and no option works. Finally deleted it.
- [R7] Mailchimp Email Marketing Used to be decent, no longer works on iOS and support is horrendous: The mobile app worked fine for years, but suddenly stopped working on all my iOS devices. Takes a week to get any response from support and they keep sending out the same canned “turn your device off and turn it on again” messages over and over again. There is literally no support and this is not an inexpensive platform. I am
- [R67] Spark Mail Locks up and gets stuck every day on brand new iPhone 17 pro max, daily.: I have been using Spark email solely for five years. Locks up and gets stuck every day on brand new iPhone 17 pro max, daily. It started screwing up on my iPhone 13 Pro, this year. It is not much better on my new 17 Pro Max.
- [R73] Spark Mail Was great, now useless: This app used to be an amazing email app now on an iPhone 13 running iOS 26.5 it is virtually unusable. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app over a dozen times and it’s still only loads about 1/3 of the time. And when it does load it takes 10 times longer than any other app out there ** if you don’t have the absolute newest iPhone, and a ton of patience, you might as
- [R13] Mailchimp Email Marketing Overpriced and outdated: I’ve been using MailChimp since 2014 and their prices keep increasing to the point they haven’t introduced any new additions or features to an already stale platform. Their prices are too unreasonable to keep using them anymore.
- [R43] Mailchimp Email Marketing I normally don’t do this: The mailchimp app doesn’t work on the free account at least I thought o would start free to get a better understanding of how to use the app then upgrade later. Based upon the app continuously loading just to send an email. There was alot of reviews so I thought this was my best choice but I’ve come to the conclusion my best choice is a platform that works.
- [R64] Spark Mail Was good email app: I don’t know if you just decided to make the non payment users suffer to try and get them to buy your silly over priced email service or what but I used to love this app and would tell others to get this app. Now not so much. Not only does it lock up continuously and I have to go out of emails and back in. But the amount of things you used to be able to do for free is now all i
- [R81] Spark Mail Overall this is GREAT!: I have used Spark for almost a decade now. I love everything about it. I will say, I strongly dislike the fact that you have to pay for a subscription in order to block a sender. One of the most basic worldwide email functions is blocked unless you pay a monthly fee. I am considering jumping ship and moving to another email because of this.
- [R16] Mailchimp Email Marketing App doesn't work: The app no longer works! I can't login with my username and password anymore. I receive an error and have for months. I'm not able to contact support because that requires me to log into my account. The error code is "Kimp.KimpError error code 10". I keep the app updated but it doesn't even matter. Why am I paying for mailchimp??
- [R79] Spark Mail Sub par experience in the last few months: Not sure what happened, but recently that app has been buggy and I keep checking the App Store for updates. Currently, any email that I open has the Accept and Block button overlay gets stuck while scrolling the email, the only way to get out of it is to close the app and reopen. This is extremely frustrating and happens on a regular basis.
