I was not able to pay my insurance because it would not let me sign in to do so, and it got canceled so i went with progressive instead because they are cheaper and have a better service.

- [R82] Root Great service + adjuster + process: I had the front of my 2025 Tacoma ripped off which was a tedious and expensive repair. Adjuster John Carter was extremely helpful in the appraisal. He took care of all the paperwork, payments, additional adjustments, and processes associated with the dealership efficiently and transparently. The whole process was seamless starting with the claim through the app.

Check that you have both comprehensive and collision before and after you pay and take a screenshot or download the documents especially if you rate is lower that the other providers.
