It doesn’t get updated on a regular basis, and important stories can take days to make it to the app. In addition, they repeat the same story multiple times under different headings to make it look like there is a lot of news content. So, I downloaded it and all I can find is snippets of shows! I can’t watch a full show the day after it was live, I can watch a half hour of an hour long show the next day, but then it switches to a different show! Not even close to what I thought it would be!

If I want to watch a video I will click on it. I get double play at once and it drives me crazy. You need to go back to the old format. If this continues I will fond another station to get my newa.

But god help you if you listen to the live tv app during the work day. The same freaking commercial will play like five times in a row EACH commercial break all day long. It’s driving me insane. I’m so close to ditching this app all together just because of the commercials. Fix this!
8. [R72] MS NOW 3/5 · US Needs work…: You have to log into your isp every few days, sometimes in the middle of a show. Lately I can’t get the audio loud enough to hear in my earbuds while walking. Kind of defeats the purpose.

It's technologically shoddy and unreliable, and consistently has outdated information. As for the staff, their writing, spelling and grammatical skills are embarrassingly poor more often than not. I finally gave up and deleted it from my mobile device.

Do you actually want people watching your programs because you’re doing everything to make it the opposite.
