I waited to get through for twenty minutes. The woman was rude and gave me the, “Did you try updating it” solution which solved nothing. Turning phone off then back on, my solution, did the trick.

I have to wait until you go through all the options. I already know I want to talk to the operator. I don’t need to listen to all your options and the people that do can’t listen to all our options. Plus this is the 5 new debit card in a year.

It refuses to work and after it finally times out, it gives the option to manually capture. That works just fine, but takes forever to get to that point. Overall I love the app, this feature however, struck out!

Example is the rewards. Previous you could go in and get the rewards on your own. Now if you click the rewards button it won’t take you anywhere. Why can’t this app actually be updated to work decent for customers?
