- [R12] Mountain America CU Please consider: I am not happy with the recent update that moved the Bill Pay under the “More” menu. I would much rather have Bill Pay shortcut than the Manage Card shortcut. Besides the app issue, I am happy to be banking with MACU.
- [R13] Mountain America CU Took away profiles: Update made profiles difficult. Not improvement. Thinking of leaving this credit union because of this.
- [R14] Mountain America CU Everything i need...: all of my banking and loans at my fingertips. Thank you for an awesome app!
- [R24] Mountain America CU Used to be better: Some of the functionality that used to be available in the app has been taken away over time. For example, I used to be able to add a memo for future and recurring transfers, but I no longer can. Also, transaction details have been removed. For example, withdrawal transfers used to show where the money was transferred to, but they no longer do.
- [R2] Mountain America CU Great App: I love the layout of this app and everything is easy and clear to see unlike other banking apps. And Mountain America credit union is just pretty awesome.
- [R6] Mountain America CU Too many step ups: Please bundle your OTP step ups so that if I am stepped up previously in a session, I am not repeatedly stepped up for everything I do in that session.
- [R17] Mountain America CU Best Banking App: Easy to use and organized.
- [R30] Mountain America CU Easy Deposit: So easy to make a deposit, this was my first time, I’ll do it again
- [R4] Mountain America CU Can’t view anything: It has been almost 2 months and I haven’t been able to log into any of the accounts. Just a constant error. No attempt to fix the problem. Not a place Im happy with.
- [R9] Mountain America CU Notifications are terrible: I have turned my notifications on and off multiple times and I still never receive them until I open the app and see that my account has been in the negative for the past three days. The whole point of notifications is to notify.
- [R10] Mountain America CU Online banking is broken: The online banking system is broken. I can’t see any transactions after June 20, 2026.
- [R11] Mountain America CU Won’t open: I really love this business but every time I try to open the app to see how much money is in the account it says “ request timed out “. Then continues to load. So I never see my money.
- [R3] Mountain America CU Deposits: Most of the time they place a hold on mobile deposit. Apparently all of the fraud even though I’ve had my account for 10 years without any issues. On one I understand they have to combat fraud on the other hand. It’s very difficult because I can’t always get away to make a deposit.
- [R8] Mountain America CU Best CU I’ve been with: Joined Right After the Pandemic, couldn’t have made a better choice for my Banking Needs.
- [R23] Mountain America CU Best Bank!!: The best banking experience I’ve ever had! Folks are awesome to work with. Everything is easy access! Love them! Thanks!!
- [R60] Mountain America CU The best!: I have been with MACU for 28yrs. They are always friendly and professional. Getting loans of all types, setting up new accounts, or transferring money are all fast and easy. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else in the world. My money stays with Mountain America Credit Union.
- [R7] Mountain America CU Beware!!: Do not trust this credit union!! Go elsewhere. I was a customer for years. Everything is great until something goes wrong. Then their colors show!! Their fraud and security processes are inadequate and terrible. Their customer service systems are frustrating and inept.
- [R26] Mountain America CU Yes 👍: I love the friendly service I receive at Riverto (Jose) and Lupita at Orem. Language doesn't matter since they are bilingual and treat all customers equally. They are very kind, which is why I like them, and also because of the safety of Mountain's service.
- [R27] Mountain America CU Customer Service is bad: We got a car loan through them. When I tried to get my title from them to register it in my home state, they blew off my multiple emails and calls and we were forced to extend the cars temporary registration which isn’t cheap. Horrible service.
- [R32] Mountain America CU New program: James Hilton was such a big help when they did the huge system update! He made explained everything in a clear way! Highly recommend using mountain America for your banking.
- [R16] Mountain America CU 4 day shut down: Shut down for 4 days, I expect a pristine app experience now. This morning without warning the app is down again
- [R25] Mountain America CU System updates: the person(s) who decided that shutting down the online banking system for an entire weekend+ should be fired. I live 2 hours from a branch so I rely on mobile deposits, I also rely on the app to transfer funds in order to Venmo my subcontractors. Thankfully I have another financial institution, which you guys have made me use. Now that my most recent deposits are in that account,
- [R31] Mountain America CU I don’t want to be their customer anymore: The changes they implemented that made them shutdown everyone’s access to the app destroyed hundreds of people’s financial security in one weekend. The executive who approved this needs to be shamed and lose their job.
- [R33] Mountain America CU System update: Who’s big idea was it to update everything all at once the first week of the month??!! Doesn’t even allow for any kind of online transactions!!! Then when I call they told me to just pull cash out. People have bills that they can’t just go pay with cash!!!
- [R61] MTB Project Unstable: Crashes often, UI is hideous and text runs into graphic blocks. Borderline unusable.
- [R70] MTB Project Nothing but crashes: Used the app for years with no issue, but using it with low service now and it continuously crashes. Very disappointing and makes the app completely unusable. Also please update your UI for Liquid Glass, the app looks terrible
- [R72] MTB Project Love it, but…: MTB Project is a fantastic app for finding trails, but when in an area with on and off cell signal the app was crashing constantly. Fortunately, I had other map apps to help me navigate. I was following a pinned route and it was very frustrating to have the app continuously crash trying to find my way. To the developers, please make the app function better without cell service and w
- [R79] MTB Project Always crashes: I really want to like this app, but no matter what I do, whether it’s zooming out to look at maps, or search trails, the app always crashes. Worth noting I’m on a new iPhone 17 Pro
- [R20] Mountain America CU Depósitos: Excelente refleja los movimientos diarios a tiempo
- [R63] MTB Project Works ok with a few major bugs: I love this app for planning rides, but for usinig it to navigate it has several major issues. The first is it constantly pops up a spammy window for Onyx mapping, somtiimes this window will not close on my phone. It happens constnatly. The other issue is when I'm trying to use the app to navigate on a ride, if I use my phone for a brief time to take a photo, I co
