7. [R64] Zoho Inventory Management App 1/5 · US 4 clicks to make one order fulfilled.: Marking an order as “Fulfilled” takes 4 clicks in different parts of the screen. It’s not streamlined- it’s a constant pain when you do this all day. Feels designed by engineers, not for real Warehouse work.

10. [R31] Inventory Now 1/5 · US Not dependable: I put my entire inventory in this and it lost all my important bar pads and serial numbers and photos. Update. It does not sync well. I delete an item on one device and the other one puts it back on. I can get no help from support. Also, the iPad version is way too expensive. It should be a universal app.

I didn’t realize that would happen so I didn’t try all the features before it locked. I also did not have a chance to export the inventory before it locked, so it wasted 2 hrs of my time.

After weeks of calling, emailing and contacting zoho chat, I still dont have the money. I will be closing my zoho account soon and I recommend you avoid them at all cost. There is no support.
