- [R9] Citi Mobile® Just okay: The basics are fine. Once you need to make a term transaction with one of your accounts, the process has changed. Citi likes to rejigger the mobile app that once you get use to it, they change features that are now confounding and unnecessarily time consuming. It’s not to customers benefit as much as it is theirs. Leave well enough alone for crying out loud!
