Uh huh we are TRYING to activate it. Then it hangs up. Then try to book a phone call. None available ever in WA (home of costco). Can't create mobile account to activate card because we can't activate the card. Catch 22. AVOID !!!!

- [R29] Citi Mobile® Do not use citi: Citi is by far the worst credit card company It is impossible to get a definitive answer from their customer service team. Not knowledgeable on their products. They also randomly flag your account as fraud. Had this happen before I even got my card.
