Built only from these 120 real reviews (foreign ones translated). Superscripts jump to the quote here. Apple has no per-review links, so [ref] opens that app's reviews on the App Store.
- [R3] LinkedIn Cannot Access Certain Features Unless You Pay: I can no longer extensively browse people through search because I have to pay in order to look at more than 5 people but I can't afford to pay for the monthly or yearly membership as it's ridiculously priced. I understand how Premium makes sense for the job application process but everyone should have unlimited access to the search capabilities.
- [R43] LinkedIn Used to be good, makes you pay money for nothing now: Cool concept but LinkedIn like other platforms has succumbed to paid tiers. The app handicaps you unless you pay monthly.
- [R61] Glassdoor | Jobs & Careers Sold out: Glass door has sold out the employees that expect honesty from fellow employees by allowing companies to delete negative reviews essentially turning a pier reviewed platform into another app shilling our data for corporate reputation washing.
- [R70] Glassdoor | Jobs & Careers Why be annoying?: I get reviews are important but that’s only the case when they are genuine. Asking me EVERY SINGLE TIME I do an action is a great way to win a one start review so here you go.
- [R1] LinkedIn Not a robot: I haven’t logged in to LinkedIn in years. Trying to login seems impossible. The “not a robot” prompts are apparently too difficult for me to understand. Mark all boxes with busses. If a bus bleeds over to another square does that count as a square? Tried both ways and still I fail it. Try the audio version. Am I supposed to put spaces between the words? Try both ways and still fail. H
- [R40] LinkedIn Unable to sign in: I have been having trouble to sign in with LinkedIn and it has been a hassle to get access to my account.
- [R69] Glassdoor | Jobs & Careers Difficult navigation between apps: Glassdoor is difficult to navigate back-and-forth between apps. I have lost my information twice in the application process, merely by toggling to my personal information to copy and paste to Glassdoor. When I toggle back to Glassdoor, all my application information is lost.
- [R90] Glassdoor | Jobs & Careers Used to be better: With the new app redesign, it’s hard to find salaries, filter for a specific role and sort them. The navigation across pages is horrible. Also have to through multiple searches to find company reviews. Please fix the design and make it simple and intuitive
- [R4] LinkedIn Once I paid, it crashes every time I open it: Once I upgraded to premium. Every time I open the app on my iPad it prompts me for an update. And doesn't allow me to do anything. I click update. Which brings up the App Store. Asking me to open the app. And it starts all over again, prompting me for the update. I've deleted the app. Reinstalled the app. I can do nothing on LinkedIn. Because all I get
- [R71] Glassdoor | Jobs & Careers Constantly crashes: Looking for work. This app crashes constantly. Three times in the last hour, leading to this review. Server jobs - 2 that are 22 miles away and have been posted for more than 30 days. I visited the restaurants; neither are hiring and don't know why the ads are there. App information is outdated and depressing.
- [R79] Glassdoor | Jobs & Careers App sucks: The update is terrible!
- [R100] Glassdoor | Jobs & Careers AI update is awful: The AI update is awful. I do not want or need everything to default to AI, and the entire app feels unintuitive now.
- [R31] LinkedIn Bad app: Too expensive and doesn’t work even when you pay.
- [R82] Glassdoor | Jobs & Careers They delete bad reviews: Companies can pay to have bad reviews deleted. Completely dishonest
- [R85] Glassdoor | Jobs & Careers Low paying jobs: Jobs on Glassdoor are much lower paying than those I find elsewhere
- [R37] LinkedIn Customer Service about hacked Account: I tried to Get my account back multiple times after finding out my account was Hijacked and now being impersonated, And now the LinkedIn customer service is just ignoring my plead, so if this doesn’t get resolved or have my Number Changed to my Actual number 1386, I Will personally File a Lawsuit For Discrimination Against My Data
- [R52] LinkedIn Full of hidden charges: This app is full of tricks to scam you and steal your money. Don’t engage with any premium subscriptions.
- [R119] Glassdoor | Jobs & Careers Not worth it: Why does this app require my phone number? This app is a nice idea but it’s a nonessential part of my life. Making it more invasive to even use means that I don’t really need to use it at all and won’t be missing anything.
