- [R2] Bloomberg True and Accurate: I’m reliant on Bloomberg as one of two primary sources for business and world news. I can’t remember an occasion when I found something that was exaggerated or misleading. Even the spelling is almost always without flaw.
- [R8] Bloomberg Better than CNBC: I had a sub to CNBC the past 5 years but often found their articles were short and lacked detail. Bloomberg content is more comprehensive, detailed, and a wider array of topics are covered . Goodbye CNBC, hello Bloomberg. Bill in San Diego.
- [R62] CNBC Still poor “SAVED News Articles” panel: SAVED News Articles still awkwardly only in tiny side panel from User drop-down. Please put SAVED News back as an available NEWS SECTION so it can be in normal FULLSCREEN area like all other news sections/articles. Also (longtime complaint), scrolling right-side “5 other articles” should be available INDEPENDENTLY of where you are at scrolling through the a
- [R68] CNBC Hi-Lo Data Restored: Thanks for bringing this back. I reply on your web site for data. If the “Club” was not so expensive I would join.
- [R15] Bloomberg Good content bad app functionality: When tapping the arrow back button after reading an article the screen goes back to the top of the scrolling page so you lose you place. Also, the back arrow is so close to Apples new window controls (minimize, close, maximize) so you have to repeatedly try to get it right. Together this makes it really annoying to use and so I now go to Bloomberg after reading
- [R40] Bloomberg Bloomberg App Review: Bloomberg needs to do a better job with its app, especially with the live media streaming section. The live media section does not work 100% of the time, which is very frustrating when you paid to obtain current market information via its shows (Bloomberg Surveillance, etc.). The app also on occasion unexpectedly quits / freezes. Bloomberg LP should be able to do better.
- [R64] CNBC App won’t load lately: For the last few months I’m having issues where stories just won’t load. I have to reconnect to my wifi to make it work. Sort of annoying I’m assuming it’s tied to their spammy ads and my Unifi system blocking them. App used to work great, but since the spinoff has been bad.
- [R76] CNBC Livestream never loads: I hardly ever leave reviews and almost never leave negative reviews but this app has been so frustrating. I have to refresh it 30+ times to get the livestream to even load and sometimes it just never does and I can't watch that morning. Then sometimes I have to go through the same process after stops working after a commercial break. No one has time for that. I know it's sp
- [R10] Bloomberg The fact that the app’s most basic function, opening articles, is broken tells you everything.: The fact that this is supposed to be the mecca of financial journalism, covering trillions of dollars across the global economy, is laughable at this point. With the sheer number of bugs, the app feels more like BuzzFeed than a serious financial news platform. There’s embarrassing, and then there’s this.
- [R16] Bloomberg Full of bugs: This is one of the most bug-ridden apps i use. Audio playback is a disaster.
- [R82] CNBC Content great app still stinks: The live stream feature is still not working. I’ve used this app for years. Everything was great but months ago, it will not let you connect through your cable provider. When you hit the button, the wheel just spins and spins for hours. I was hoping after this last update it would be fixed but to no avail.
- [R118] CNBC Video freezes A LOT: I pay $150 for this subscription but video constantly freezes. I am on a newer and fully updated iPhone, and never experience this issue with any other apps on my device. Also, there is no way to associate you account on a smart tv, so you can only cast from a mobile device. I expected more for $150. Free video apps perform better. That said, the content itself is great for
- [R9] Bloomberg Ads: Bloomberg's articles are consistently excellent. However, I am a paying subscriber, and still see ads inserted in between paragraphs of the articles. Even if the ads aren't too intrusive, I believe seeing ads at all with a paid subscription is unacceptable.
- [R22] Bloomberg Pay to get ad spam!: I paid a lot of money to get this because I thought it would be more value able than the drama daily stock news, however, this paid app is just full of commercials and ads and it’s bearable to watch.
- [R117] CNBC Good but thanks: This app is a perfect app for business news. However when it comes to subscription, it’s not cheap. It when you pay for subscription, you have certain expectations. Things like Picture in Picture, doesn’t work well on IOS, PAID SUBSCRIPTION os only consist of live CNBC channel and doesn’t give access to entertainment section of the app. come on, $29.99 a month only give you ac
- [R25] Bloomberg Great articles bad experience: I cancelled because they spammed me with email i didnt want or ask for daily and no matter how much i tried to unsubscribe it wouldnt stop. Also the cancellation and live chat support seemed deliberately difficult. I dont even want to unsubscribe I just hate the feeling of being abused as a customer more.
- [R85] CNBC Not working!!! Lousy support!!!: Have had a problem every month around renew time. It won’t work for a week before and after!🙃
