For that you have to go to the website where this feature hasn’t worked for the past 2 weeks. I opened the account a month ago, but if there is no way to transfer funds in the account does me no good.

The amount of times this app shuts down for maintenance (during the weekends btw) you’d think it would get better. It has not. Trying to create a cashier’s check request and this app won’t allow me to pull money from the correct account. Currently looking for another financial institution alternative.

If you want to try to use your reward point you better set aside half your day to get to the 3rd party website. You would think a bank would have a state.
