  1. [R3] Paired 3/5 · US OK at first…: It’s okay at first, then gets a little stale and repetitive. At first there was an option to shuffle the daily questions, then the developer eliminated that feature and made the app vastly less customizable. It’s probably best for couples in the first 5 - 10 years of marriage, but it doesn’t have tons of content and functionality for the 20+ year couples.
  2. [R5] Paired 5/5 · US So nice and helpful: An amazing app that helps me and my long distance (NOT FOR LONG) amazing girlfriend connect on a deeper level and learn more about eachother. Also, I recently just got a new phone and I wasn’t able to get back into my paired account. We contacted paired services and they were able to recover my account very easily and they were very helpful.
  3. [R8] Paired 5/5 · US Long distance flame: My husband and I have been married for 23 years. We’ve never been apart longer than five days. I got an opportunity to go overseas for work for five weeks. We were really worried about staying connected while I was there. The Paired app was amazing! It really helped us stay connected and even after 23 years of marriage, it helped us grow.
  4. [R9] Paired 3/5 · US Married: I gave it a 3 because I believe the app is more for beginning couples or relationships rather than married couples even though it’s advertised like it is. If you say you’re married I believe the questions & formatting should be different. (Just a suggestion) on the other hand if you’re trying to rekindle and get to know your partner for who they have become I can see where it might aid
  5. [R2] Paired 4/5 · US Forced updates: 700 day streak over here. Love the app. Hate when I’m in a hurry to do my daily question and the app forces an update. Please change that and I’ll be back to 5 stars!
  6. [R4] Paired 1/5 · US Not working: Used one day and it started crashing afterwards haven’t been back on
  7. [R14] Paired 5/5 · US Connected: Paired is teaching us things about ourselves that we didn’t know while keeping us connected daily.
  8. [R1] Paired 2/5 · US I love it but I hate that they want to charge you to have more access: My husband and I love answering the daily question and we use what we can that’s free. I just wish they didn’t have to charge to access more.
  9. [R6] Paired 3/5 · US Free version: This app is cool except there is nothing to “enjoy” if you can’t afford premium. The only thing available is the daily discussions. There is nothing other options or sections available. I would love to be able to purchase access but our budget would not allow it. Please make more available to those that can’t afford it.
  10. [R7] Paired 1/5 · US They’re gonna charge you: I canceled the free subscription on day four or something like that and they attempted to charge me on day seven as well as day eight even though my settings and everywhere says that my subscription has been canceled. I had to turn it credit card company as fraud. Still not sure if that’s gonna stop them from trying to charge it again thankfully I use the card that they c
  11. [R10] Paired 2/5 · US Great app!: This is a great app. Interesting questions etc- however, the price of the premium app is a bit excessive. Almost 30$ a month.
  12. [R25] Paired 1/5 · US Support page gives incorrect info for troubleshooting: I didn’t even get past setting everything up before running into issues. I spent quite a bit of time trying to fix things but got so frustrated I deleted the app and gave up. I really wanted to give this a go but if I’m already having these problems at the beginning, I don’t want to spend money to risk any more issues that may arise.
  13. [R34] Paired 1/5 · US Terrible billing and poor customer support: I tried the free 7 day trial and liked it. I signed up and was charged $79.99 for a year, used it for a month, and shared it with a friend. My friend went to sign up and it was only $39.99/ a year. I contacted customer support and the bot that I dealt with said I “should be paying $79.99 a year because the $39.99/ a year is correct” which made no sense.
  14. [R48] Paired 3/5 · US Can't cancel subscription-edited: Trying the free trial decided that it wasn't for us... went to go cancel the subscription, and the page to cancel the subscription will not load. Tried on WiFi, tried on cell data. No difference. Hopefully it gets figured out before they steal the money out of my account. Edit-support was very quick to fix that issue. This app wasn't for us, but it seems like
  15. [R64] Cozy Couples 1/5 · US Overcharged: I clicked on the free 7 days trial to see if I liked the app l and cancelled on the 6th day but still got charged $39.99. I try to dispute it with my bank but apparently my they still took my money. Ridiculous price for only using it 6 days. What a scam! 👎
  16. [R67] Cozy Couples 2/5 · US Used to love, Cash grabby: I used to use this daily with my partner but after a solid month constant of use it randomly dropped that we have to buy their premium to use basic features like viewing old answers. I really wanted to and did love this until that. It makes it come off like a cash grab. A one time purchase would make sense, $40 a year for a couples app you use a couple times a day is cra
  17. [R13] Paired 2/5 · US Paywall: I do like the daily questions. The questions initiate conversation you wouldn’t think of. However 99% of the app is blocked behind a paywall. I understand that they can’t be completely free but it would be nice if there was a free option that wasn’t just a question a day. Maybe a free couples game a day or something other than just one question.
  18. [R45] Paired 3/5 · US A little frustrating: My wife and I have been using paired for years. We decided not to get the premium version, to just answer the daily questions. It’s helped us connect. However, the past three days have required premium to answer. So that has been a little frustrating for us.
  19. [R17] Paired 5/5 · US Long distance: I love it because he in the military and he gone a lot so this helps us to connect with each others
  20. [R26] Paired 5/5 · US Shift workers: My partner is a first responder who works 10 24 hour shifts per month. I struggle taking when not face to face. This app has been great for starting good discussions and helping us stay connected while he’s away.
  21. [R38] Paired 5/5 · US ᗯᗴ ᒪOᐯᗴ TᕼIᔕ ᗩᑭᑭ!!!: we really love this app because it lets us connect in a different way. We both know that the other one is putting in work for the other. I love seeing each other’s answers to daily questions. This opens the door for more conversations. I definitely feel like after one week of use. We are actually closer.
  22. [R16] Paired 1/5 · US Either an unacceptable unsubscribe bug or gross practices.: I kind of enjoyed the app but didn’t see the value for me using it long term after trial and I cancelled the premium the day it expires with PLENTY of time. I saw the screen confirmed my decision to unsubscribe, I had reached the final page of unsubscribing. This morning I woke up to a bill for a YEAR LONG SUBSCRIPTION.
  23. [R19] Paired 1/5 · US Randomly Charges You: I haven’t used the apps in months. I confirmed I don’t have an active subscription but I still got charged for some reason. I wouldn’t trust it.
  24. [R28] Paired 1/5 · US Continued to charge: Continued to try to charge me even after canceling subscription
