1. [R2] 5/5 · US So nice and helpful: An amazing app that helps me and my long distance (NOT FOR LONG) amazing girlfriend connect on a deeper level and learn more about eachother. Also, I recently just got a new phone and I wasn’t able to get back into my paired account. We contacted paired services and they were able to recover my account very easily and they were very helpful.

There is nothing other options or sections available. I would love to be able to purchase access but our budget would not allow it. Please make more available to those that can’t afford it.

I understand that they can’t be completely free but it would be nice if there was a free option that wasn’t just a question a day. Maybe a free couples game a day or something other than just one question.

[R32] 1/5 · US Either an unacceptable unsubscribe bug or gross practices.: I kind of enjoyed the app but didn’t see the value for me using it long term after trial and I cancelled the premium the day it expires with PLENTY of time. I saw the screen confirmed my decision to unsubscribe, I had reached the final page of unsubscribing. This morning I woke up to a bill for a YEAR LONG SUBSCRIPTION.

At first there was an option to shuffle the daily questions, then the developer eliminated that feature and made the app vastly less customizable. It’s probably best for couples in the first 5 - 10 years of marriage, but it doesn’t have tons of content and functionality for the 20+ year couples.

But the questions the app asks are incredibly bland, vague, and repetitive. Also, I did the free trial and accidentally paid for a year subscription. Whatever. But when I go in to cancel the subscription so it doesn’t charge me $50 again next year, it won’t let me cancel.

If you say you’re married I believe the questions & formatting should be different. I spent quite a bit of time trying to fix things but got so frustrated I deleted the app and gave up. I really wanted to give this a go but if I’m already having these problems at the beginning, I don’t want to spend money to risk any more issues that may arise.

It constantly says partner answered a question, but then you refresh and it doesn’t show up. Then you click on a notification and it doesn’t direct you to what it’s talking about. The app will randomly show your partners answer later on.

I signed up and was charged $79.99 for a year, used it for a month, and shared it with a friend. My friend went to sign up and it was only $39.99/ a year. I contacted customer support and the bot that I dealt with said I “should be paying $79.99 a year because the $39.99/ a year is correct” which made no sense.

My biggest annoyance was being charged for a year a day before my 7 days was even up. We didn’t feel like a whole year was feasible and would have done a couple months and went from there. My guy and I are just starting out and the questions are geared towards vet relationships not new relationships, app should ask more questions about the stage of the relationship to tailor the questions accordingly. Like we don’t live together so questions surrounding that are useless to us right now.
