I cancelled the trial and deleted the app. Maybe I’ll try again once the app updates, it sounded really cool!

When I told them all the necessary information to tie it to my account they simply said there’s no account for your email address, and left it at that. I spent quite a bit of time trying to fix things but got so frustrated I deleted the app and gave up. I really wanted to give this a go but if I’m already having these problems at the beginning, I don’t want to spend money to risk any more issues that may arise.

I paid for it for 2 years; the first year it was like $10 and then it went up to $20 and now I see it went up to $30 and that’s way too much. All the good features are hidden behind a paywall, I’ll just go somewhere else.

Also, I recently just got a new phone and I wasn’t able to get back into my paired account. We contacted paired services and they were able to recover my account very easily and they were very helpful.
