- [R2] Memrise Easy Language Learning Great app for learning languages: For someone who just started learning Arabic on this app, I'd say it's gone off to a good start. There's a variety of words, letters and examples they show you. However, there is one problem. They messed up the letter "th" with "z", which isn't correct. Although the examples (which are basically just people elaborating on how to say the word) got ir right, saying
- [R5] Memrise Easy Language Learning I like it: So far I think this is a very good app, I haven’t had it very long but I’m already learning phrases and actually remembering them. My only issue is that when you finish a lesson and you get the continue button and the phrases from the lesson, the continue button doesn’t work for me. I end up closing out of the app and reopening it and it has to load for a few seconds before the app work
- [R7] Memrise Easy Language Learning Japanese audio missing: More than half of Japanese vocabulary audios are missing after the 1,400th words. Also, where are my courses? Why are my listening and practicing courses missing?
- [R9] Memrise Easy Language Learning Fantastic: Used to be a fabulous app, now there’s no offline learning, the only reason I bought a lifetime membership. Please bring back.
- [R6] Memrise Easy Language Learning How do I change my native language??: I tried using this app and currently I can’t do anything because it’s teaching me in a different language than what my native language is. I won’t put 1 star because I know it’s not intentional but please how do I fix it!!
- [R12] Memrise Easy Language Learning Unintuitive & disjointed-Regret subscribing!: Some good features but no real structure to learning. No means to slow down the speech & answers disappear before you have chance to review. Really sorry I subscribed before realising this.
- [R1] Memrise Easy Language Learning Worthless!: To yourself a favor and don't buy this. It didn't work. It doesn't work. It's a waste of time and money. Horrible!
- [R3] Memrise Easy Language Learning Not working: Since the last update, I can’t learn any new words on the Russian course, I can only review. Please fix
- [R4] Memrise Easy Language Learning Good?: It’s a pretty good app, mostly because it has a lot of variety, but there are languages that won’t load when you try to learn them.
- [R10] Memrise Easy Language Learning Not getting what I paid for!: I paid for the lifetime membership to learn Polish since I’m moving there. I made it through absolute beginner and beginner and the content no longer loads in the lessons. I’ve reached out to the company several times, but they won’t get back with me. I’ve paid for a service and product that they are not providing. I want the courses content or a refund, or even jus
- [R29] Memrise Easy Language Learning Review: Bought a lifetime membership ship almost a year ago, before the whole AI thing was added. Loved it before it changed. Kind of regret having spent so much on the membership. It’s not horrible, but I definitely wouldn’t have bought a membership for it now. It’s hard to go back in review without having to use an AI bot. It glitches out every time I try to use said bot. So underwhelmed with th
- [R33] Memrise Easy Language Learning I haven’t used this app for 11 months: haven't used this app for 11 months, but I was suddenly charged over $115 without confirmation. I tried following your email instructions, but I'm stuck in a loop of automated replies. I panicked and deleted my account, so now 'Restore Purchase' doesn't work. I need a full refund as I haven't used the service at all.
- [R53] Memrise Easy Language Learning Paid for life time membership but shows free vertion: I just paid for the life time membership and you have charged me 87.99£ but after taking the payment it showed some error massage and now im on the free version and cant find how to contact support.
- [R20] Memrise Easy Language Learning Haja: This app is very good for if you want to learn a new language and very helpful a lot of different things you can do with it 100% recommended.
- [R26] Memrise Easy Language Learning Amazing!: This app is absolutely amazing for learning Japanese hiragana and Japanese in general. The real life teachers are so amazing, and the reviews help so much with making sure to remember. For ever since I was younger, (about 6 years old) I have wanted to move and live in Japan. So the first step I am taking is learning the writing and language, as well as the culture and history. This app i
- [R16] Memrise Easy Language Learning All AI: every other lesson is chatting with an unhelpful AI chatbot. No real structure to the practice and unable to go back and look at old lessons. Would not recommend unless all you want is vocab flash cards, and barely any to choose from.
- [R18] Memrise Easy Language Learning Don’t Use Sentence Builder: Overall the product is very good with an excellent teaching style. However I tested the AI sentence building and it was terrible. In may cases the reply told me the translation was wrong, when actually it was translating a completely different sentence. I was looking at purchasing a lifetime licence but until this this is fixed.
- [R21] Memrise Easy Language Learning Great to start off, but big AI fail: This app was a wonderful, intuitive way of learning beginner Spanish, until… about a week in, half of the exercises became conversational writing exercises with AI. While in theory these should be a great way to practice what you’ve learnt, the standard was waaaaay too advanced. From having learnt a few basic words you’re suddenly supposed to understand fai
- [R27] Memrise Easy Language Learning Great resource, broken sentence builder: One of the best apps for the included languages. Unfortunately, as of late the included sentence builder bot has been broken. It will introduce what you have to do next but never offer options for the multiple choice and sometimes forego questions. You can skip these exercises and the other tools work fine, but you are missing a sizable portion of the roadm
- [R39] Memrise Easy Language Learning The update ruined it: I never leave reviews, but this is so egregious that I can’t ignore it. Memrise was my favourite language learning app for a long time. The fact that it allowed me to specifically learn European Spanish was amazing to me, and the community course for Catalan was one of my favourite features. The update, however, had ruined it. Suddenly there is no longer any offline learn
- [R41] Memrise Easy Language Learning App freezes: Too often when I want to practice the app freezes. It’s also disappointing they removed the community courses.
- [R49] Memrise Easy Language Learning I can’t get the app to work anymore: Plus without the community courses it’s really just nothing. My guess is they were getting copyright claims for some of the content people were putting up and didn’t want to have to moderate what was being published. The app is just empty now, all the really interesting stuff is gone.
