I ended my subscription literally the same day I started the free trial. I told my bank you are a fraud and they have blocked you from trying to charge. Then it tells you to pay what you want for the survey results but that payment is actually a trial for a subscription. You never get survey results; it just directs you to begin using the app to justify charging you at the end of the trial period.
