Fabulous vs Structured
Structured is the better choice for reliable habit tracking and time management, while Fabulous struggles with predatory billing practices and a cluttered interface.
Fabulous is praised for its motivational approach to habit building but is plagued by numerous complaints of fraudulent charges and a confusing user interface. Structured, on the other hand, is highly regarded for its straightforward design and effectiveness in helping users with ADHD and general time management, despite some recent issues with updates and pricing.
Head to head
Evidence note: Fabulous has a significant number of recent negative reviews regarding fraudulent charges and subscription issues, which heavily impacted its score despite positive feedback on its core habit-building functionality. Structured's negative reviews are more focused on recent UI changes and macOS bugs rather than core functionality or billing.

- [R2] Fabulous Habits: Wonderful to keep me on track.
- [R4] Fabulous Confusing & Stressful: I’m going to cancel this after an hour. It just wasn’t for me. I think it’s supposed to be guided, but it feels convoluted and unpleasant.
- [R5] Fabulous Fabulous works: I love this app it has helped me to track my emotions and what I’m doing every day.
- [R8] Fabulous Baby steps work!: In the last two weeks, I have already been more successful at keeping a routine than I have in the previous 30 years. I recommend this app to get you started.
- [R9] Fabulous Too many “journeys”: I liked the idea behind this app, but it’s really cluttered and messy to use. There are way too many things to click, too many “journeys”, too many screens to click through on each thing you do, too many graphics (which feel juvenile; maybe I’m too old for this app?). It just doesn’t feel legitimate with all of the weird cartoons and doesn’t line up with the idea that all of t
- [R11] Fabulous So far, so good: New user, enjoying it so far. Easy to navigate.
- [R12] Fabulous Nice idea - super over the top interface: I like the notion of the app, it’s definitely helping me with my habit tracking and developing. However, the user interface is just so much! There’s fairies and chimes and little creatures popping up every 2 seconds… I wish there was a way to tone it down (I’ve tried turning off the sound but it doesn’t work)…
- [R1] Fabulous Ghost charges: You guys keep trying to charge my card twice! One for $29.99 and the other for $39.99. I ended my subscription literally the same day I started the free trial. I told my bank you are a fraud and they have blocked you from trying to charge. I still see you trying because I get a decline notice. STOP CHARGING ME YOU FRAUDS
- [R3] Fabulous Major headache but i got refund: I was able to get a refund. Warning: TO SAVE YOUR HEADACHE, DO NOT SIGN UP THROUGH INSTAGRAM!!! I got charged twice on the premium plans! But thankfully customer service actually gave me a refund. Ty
- [R7] Fabulous I feel completely misled by this app.: During onboarding, I selected a 1 euro free trial, shortly afterwards I was charged 40 euros for 1:1 coaching that I neither wanted or knowingly agreed to purchase I have already cancelled all subscription and contacted support requesting a refund but this experience has left me with a negative impression What frustrates me the most is the use of hidden s
- [R10] Fabulous It’s so sad that an app meant to help is hurting people: I signed up for Fabulous app and then couldn’t afford the 39.99. For some reason the app didn’t have a place for me to cancel. Some kind of error within my account. So the app declined a refund. I said okay there’s nothing I can do but stop charging me moving forward. Now months later, I have another fraudulent charge and I no longer even us
- [R13] Fabulous Well designed but deceptive pay structure: Beware this app lures you with a survey. Then it tells you to pay what you want for the survey results but that payment is actually a trial for a subscription. You never get survey results; it just directs you to begin using the app to justify charging you at the end of the trial period.
- [R16] Fabulous Ridiculous, offers of free trial buggy: The signup process is completely broken. I clicked through from IG, opened in browser, took the survey, got to the payment page and selected $1 for the trial. Tried to Apple Pay, which said it went through, but declined. Tried 4 times. Got email saying I had a 30 day free trial waiting for me. Clicked through from there, got to payment page again, same issue
- [R19] Fabulous Cancelled but charged me anyways!!: This app is a scam. I ended up with a $40 charge without ever using the app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
- [R77] Structured ADHD girlies, sign up now!: I am fortunate to be an OG lifetime membership user. I believe I got the pro plan early on for something like $20. I have since converted at least a dozen of my close friends and family. This is a perfect app that only continues to grow, improve, and impress. I could not function without it and I could not recommend it enough! The mobile version has reshaped how I can
- [R100] Structured Great Organization Tool!: I struggle with ADHD, and I have a hard time remembering to do things on a daily basis. With Structured, I can see exactly what I need to do within an a specific time frame, so I can remember to get things done!
- [R102] Structured it’s good: i’m so organized and i can stay focused and relaxed
- [R116] Structured Helps me so much with my daily routines: This app has helped me so much to visualize my day and stick to my rule of life and daily routines. I have a young toddler and I’m going back to school so this app has come in clutch in helping me focus and stay on task while keeping the big picture of the entire day easily accessible. Definitely recommend for people who struggle with time management.
- [R64] Structured Free version too limited: Can only add 3 events per day with the free version. Want you to pay $30/year. No way to hide the AI button in the middle of the screen that you need to pay for.
- [R69] Structured OK, sometimes: Works well on iPhone and iPad, but constantly crashes on a Mac which is really frustrating.
- [R72] Structured The app works nice on IPAD and Mobile, but keeps crashing on MacBook: It’s very difficult to use on computer because it keeps crashing down. I have to force quit after 20 min every time
- [R76] Structured You can do better: As a Person with severe ADHD, I think this app is not giving me the opportunity to be organized. Without the Structured Pro plan, I can’t repeat some of the tasks that I need to do on a daily basis. To be honest, I do not have the money and patience for having to pay for this pro to only get 2 things unlocked. I know you guys got an Apple Award but the only award I would be givi
