- [R6] United Community Mobile Review / transfer Capabilities: Love your app. It’s user-friendly. The only negative is when you did away with transferring money from one bank to another, and went to Zelle. Not as good. Wish you’d go back to the way it was.
- [R9] United Community Mobile Basic functions OK: It works to check balances and recent transactions. Zelle feature refuses to work, and the call center politely stonewalls when I call them to resolve it. The app itself drains the battery unusually fast.
- [R15] United Community Mobile very helpful: i t help me to keep my account under control. and update at all transactions
- [R17] United Community Mobile easy to use: The United community app is very easy to use and extremely easy to deposit checks as well
- [R2] United Community Mobile Love it: Easy to used
- [R4] United Community Mobile Thangs I do not Like.: When you change the way all the programming I do for online banking. This really messes with me and I do not and I mean do not like it at all. As far as your banking, you’re perfect and if this program changes, I may make a change also.
- [R5] United Community Mobile Happy Customer: I love this app!! It’s easy to use and navigate. Help is always a click away.
- [R7] United Community Mobile Review: Do not like the updated version
- [R1] United Community Mobile Spotty performance and no IT support for customers: The website has gone down three times since the move to the new format. Additionally, there are reoccurring errors in my account. After multiple interactions, I was told I had to go into my branch to see if they could fix the errors. I will have to take off work to do this. I am not impressed with this service..
- [R3] United Community Mobile App is OK: Works pretty well most of the time. Intermittent issues seem to come at inconvenient times. A first world problem. Glad we have the APP.
- [R10] United Community Mobile Thoughts on the new layout: It loads far too slowly. Compared to the original layout, it loads so slow that even after a minute in strong signal it doesn’t fully load. Why change something that was working well enough for over a decade?
- [R14] United Community Mobile Needs improvement: The online banking functions but is archaic compared to other banking apps. The difficult and slow app makes me worry about the security of their online banking at all.
- [R8] United Community Mobile United Community Mobile: Best Bank Ever, Thank you for the app, it is so convenient.
- [R35] United Community Mobile Easy to Use: I’m new to UCB and I am very happy with the bank and app. Makes banking so convenient.
- [R44] United Community Mobile IV: Love the convenience of the app.
- [R16] United Community Mobile Difficult to navigate: System will not accept registration of one of my devices. It asks me to register several times a week. No resolution given when I’ve called. No problem registering the same device with other financial institutions
- [R11] United Community Mobile I love the ease of the app: I love learning new and different. The ease and flow makes it a joy to use.
- [R64] UnitedHealthcare Nonfunctional: Chat doesn’t open when you get a response, search doesn’t show providers
- [R84] UnitedHealthcare Just started using this app recently: I’m trying to set up my first appointment with my new primary physician so I clicked on the “find care” option and all I get is the loading symbol and it never loads. Ironically, the drug part where you can order prescriptions loads instantly. Imagine that. Previously I tried getting help on the “get help” section and that was equally useless. I guess I’ll nev
- [R106] UnitedHealthcare Waste of time: Inefficient to say the least. I found a new PCP listed in the app, spent 30 min on hold, 10 minutes answering personal questions to set up an account with the clinic only to have them tell me that they do not accept my PARTICULAR UHC plan. How much time do I have to spend just to find ONE doctor that can be my PCP? Now I have to call UHC and wade through another half hour of convers
- [R120] UnitedHealthcare UCard doesn’t work when u need it: At Walgreens, embarrassed in front of a line of people when the UCard fails to go thru even though it has a positive balance. More wasted time. Also, phone customer service is dismal at best, I’ve been lied to so many times it’s no longer trustworthy and is a time waster. Additionally, providers who clearly are in network don’t show up in app, sometime there are
- [R12] United Community Mobile Secure access code required each time for a registered device: For almost a year, the update has required me to obtain a secure access code almost every time I sign into the app. I use the app on my iPad and have to search for my phone each time to retrieve the code. Registering the iPad every time makes no difference….the code is required again the next time.
- [R18] United Community Mobile Beyond frustrating: Every time prompted with unable to use Face ID.
- [R24] United Community Mobile Text code for login: Every time I try to log in it the app makes me enter a text code. Before that I was completely happy. Called customer service for help and I was asked to delete app, reload app, and it was such a hassle that I just decided to continue to do the text code each time.
- [R94] UnitedHealthcare This company sucks: I have never had so much trouble with a company as I have with your company with regards to my U card. I have not been able to get a successfully working U card in the entire time that I've had your insurance. I just spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with a bunch of people that transferred me from one to the other, the other had to beg to speak to a supervisor I think he resolved
- [R101] UnitedHealthcare Technical support: I had several different problems signing in to my account. Every single agent was polite and helpful to give me the help I needed. Great job guys!
- [R107] UnitedHealthcare Getting assistance…: I find that everyone who answers the phone at United healthcare, is not only friendly, helpful and patient.. but they seem to enjoy their jobs, it sure comes through over the phone.
