- [R2] United Community Mobile Love it: Easy to used
- [R5] United Community Mobile Happy Customer: I love this app!! It’s easy to use and navigate. Help is always a click away.
- [R11] United Community Mobile I love the ease of the app: I love learning new and different. The ease and flow makes it a joy to use.
- [R13] United Community Mobile Great job: Easy to use and find understandable information!
- [R1] United Community Mobile Spotty performance and no IT support for customers: The website has gone down three times since the move to the new format. Additionally, there are reoccurring errors in my account. After multiple interactions, I was told I had to go into my branch to see if they could fix the errors. I will have to take off work to do this. I am not impressed with this service..
- [R3] United Community Mobile App is OK: Works pretty well most of the time. Intermittent issues seem to come at inconvenient times. A first world problem. Glad we have the APP.
- [R9] United Community Mobile Basic functions OK: It works to check balances and recent transactions. Zelle feature refuses to work, and the call center politely stonewalls when I call them to resolve it. The app itself drains the battery unusually fast.
- [R10] United Community Mobile Thoughts on the new layout: It loads far too slowly. Compared to the original layout, it loads so slow that even after a minute in strong signal it doesn’t fully load. Why change something that was working well enough for over a decade?
- [R15] United Community Mobile very helpful: i t help me to keep my account under control. and update at all transactions
- [R47] United Community Mobile Long time UCB customer: This app is very user friendly. I use it all the time to transfer from one account to the other, make deposits, check balances and review statements. There are so many features ! It makes banking easier.
- [R17] United Community Mobile easy to use: The United community app is very easy to use and extremely easy to deposit checks as well
- [R19] United Community Mobile very understanding: like the way they help when needed
- [R21] United Community Mobile Review: I have ALWAYS received excellent service. Hats off! to all of the employees
- [R28] United Community Mobile Best Bank!: When a bank changes name/ownership it’s usually not a good change. The last change to UCB is the best change! Great staff with no attitudes, personable and professional! THANK YOU UCB!!
- [R64] CEFCU Mobile Banking Doesn’t show current balance!: Fairly decent app, the thing I don’t like about it is that you have to figure out the balance in your account as the “pending”transactions are not deducted from your display balance! IAA Credit Union has an incredible app and does this for me which is so much more convenient! I don’t know why they ask to rate the app again and again when nothing changes with the app.
- [R73] CEFCU Mobile Banking Needs updating: The functionality of this app is limited. You should be able to see your true current balance at all times. Yet it takes 2-3 business days for transactions to post before it updates. If I do a withdrawal on the weekend, my account balance should reflect that.
- [R78] CEFCU Mobile Banking Rather average: I have used other bank apps that show available funds after pending transactions. I find that more sensible.
- [R12] United Community Mobile Secure access code required each time for a registered device: For almost a year, the update has required me to obtain a secure access code almost every time I sign into the app. I use the app on my iPad and have to search for my phone each time to retrieve the code. Registering the iPad every time makes no difference….the code is required again the next time.
- [R16] United Community Mobile Difficult to navigate: System will not accept registration of one of my devices. It asks me to register several times a week. No resolution given when I’ve called. No problem registering the same device with other financial institutions
- [R18] United Community Mobile Beyond frustrating: Every time prompted with unable to use Face ID.
- [R24] United Community Mobile Text code for login: Every time I try to log in it the app makes me enter a text code. Before that I was completely happy. Called customer service for help and I was asked to delete app, reload app, and it was such a hassle that I just decided to continue to do the text code each time.
- [R6] United Community Mobile Review / transfer Capabilities: Love your app. It’s user-friendly. The only negative is when you did away with transferring money from one bank to another, and went to Zelle. Not as good. Wish you’d go back to the way it was.
- [R63] CEFCU Mobile Banking It ain’t the best: Slow moving with long transfer times to external accounts. Not sure why Zelle or something is not offered either. Overall it’s not as bad as it used to be but it’s not as good as some.
