Once I click on the First Encounter map, it brings to Battle 4 instead of Battle 1 and I cannot scroll back neither play a match. Anyone know how to fix this?

I dont know why it does that. I reinstalled the app multiple times and the buttons on the second level wont work. I dont know how to fix it.
