Once I click on the First Encounter map, it brings to Battle 4 instead of Battle 1 and I cannot scroll back neither play a match. Anyone know how to fix this?

Every time the game glitches, it takes something from you and the support staff won’t give it back. Let’s say you have a support issue during an event, the support is so slow to respond that the event will be over before you ever get to speak with someone.
