If you have an alert on authenticator a tab over, the alert goes away. When you try to check it your told your password is wrong. There was no way to recover the account and I lost email and social media accounts. It’s TERRIBLE that they don’t have a backup plan when these things happen and it’s pretty normal that sometime people lost all information.
