I asked about that and the team member Saiharikrishnan communicated with me and the issue was corrected within a few days. I sent the first email on July 1 and the new version was on the App Store the morning of July 3. They did a very nice job.

Example I can no longer report bugs with the iOS app. It sends the bug report feedback to my own email address rather than the ZOHO support. I have 11 receipts stuck in “scanning” they have been scanned and added to reports however if I delete them from the scanning queue it deletes them globally even from reports.

Live chats have 5 minute wait times after every response and support emails are responded to within 1-2 business days. I got this to save time. And so far the opposite is happening.

This is not something my business needs right now. I do not use manipulative businesses. Fear and frustration is a horrible tactic to get business.
