The service was so bad today the VPN didn’t work and the kill switch made it impossible to get my phone working despite that it never works yet leaks data. I missed a call I waited months for. The app won’t let me enter a support ticket. They have no feature for that. It’s not worth the $6 a month I paid for the service.

As well as failing to connect first time, you can't search or filter the country list by typing, and your favourites don't appear at the top or on their own list so that feature is essentially useless. Some of the IP addresses are flagged by sites and I have to switch, which is fine for me but not other people in my family. They end up just turning it off because all they know is their device won’t connect to the internet. I wish this were less complex.

Any web search requires multiple captcha tests, and its IPs are black listed or blocked on many commerce and streaming sites.
