Avoid at all costs and use Wise or other services!

And the moron I was chatting with hung up on me and DEACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT. All they are capable of doing is giving out meaningless and insincere excuses and apologies. But they can't fix their broken system. You'd have better luck folding money
9. [R25] 1/5 · US AI Customer Service 👎👎: I made the mistake of using this app to make a transfer to Ghana. They are holding my funds in limbo. The phone customer service is AI. The chat keeps disconnecting. Terrible customer service. If you are a first time user try a different service.

There’s this stupid automated services they used which doesn’t help anybody. I WONT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THIS APP TO SEND MONEY BECAUSE THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THIS

However, the person you speak with via chat are highly likely to say get upset and in the chat. The customer service with this organization is terrible.
