Short while ago I was having issues with my phone connecting to the app properly which was strange as it worked perfectly on my iPad and computer, that being said I called in and was helped by Tera in customer service

[R39] 5/5 · CA Excellent time saver: I transferred to T sheets from a paper time card system for a staff of 8 electricians I have found TSheets to make life a lot easier for keeping track of staff travel time and time onsite. The staff love the ease of the system being able to easily clock and clock out for each job. Highly recommend the system

I was connected to Jesse. I had a lot of questions and concerns. ( I am not the most tech savy person) Jesse understood and took the time to address every issue and concern I had and get everything fixed and I even learned a few things

In terms of the software itself, the project reporting is exactly what you want, intuitive and comprehensive. I use it daily and it’s great!

Missing a lot of useful features: adding a break, reminder when getting near a location, rounding capability (current implementation is bad), etc. I miss HoursTracker. The developers of this app should look what others are doing great. It’s really basic.

It always defaults to the same client not the one I have scheduled for that day or time and I have to change the client before logging in which causes clock in mess ups. The timer starting on the hour throws me off when I start at
