1. [R2] 1/5 · US Cannot use with other birth controls: When signing up for a membership, NOWHERE does it say you cannot use cycle tracking if using another form of hormonal birth control. Its also ridiculously expensive. $21 a month to track data you’re already getting from a $500 oura ring? No.

I have tried multiple times, made sure the app was updated, and attempted trouble shooting. Great app otherwise but, frustrating when it is such an expensive app and then I can’t use it in the setting that I need.

The 2 stars is because recent updates to the app have made it LESS user friendly. More buttons to do the same thing we used to do with fewer buttons. Now it’s wayy too expensive and I refuse to go from paying the $84/year to a WHOPPING $139 I believe?! So so sad to leave this app behind but something like this should be affordable or at least have affordable options. Was nice while it lasted!

The day it renewed I reached out to them in the AM and they said their policy is to not do refunds. I clearly have not used the year of the product. Seems very suspect that they would not refund and seems to speak to their product.

Didn’t realize the subscription was still auto-renewing and it renewed for a full year with no way to get a refund. Most apps nowadays offer a grace period to refund when you didn’t actually mean to renew. Not offering this is shady, surely everyone that works at this company

The rest of the app feels like a magazine with articles and quizzes, which also can all be found outside of the app. I’m glad it works for others, but for anyone that has a regular cycle this isn’t what you need.

In my case it took a little more than an month, which means I paid for 4 months but i will actually get 3 months. This is a little frustrating.
