I first had a 5 day free trial and then was automatically charged for a monthly subscription. I would not have minded that except that a very important 3 hour recording was automatically deleted. I send two emails to customer support and never heard back. I’d give them a zero rating if I could.

When I asked for a summary, it gave me a message that “Sorry, I can’t do that. It sounds like you were talking about finances and volunteers” seriously?
