Customer service is nonexistent, I paid $16 for downloading this app that didn’t work and deleted it 5 minutes later. So they got paid for just being in the App Store

I loved how I was able to spend a one time amount to get so many credits to send out faxes because I don’t use it that often. Now it asks you for a weekly monthly or yearly subscription. I do not like that at all and I will be looking for somewhere else to spend my money now.
