The way to receive your password is also questionable because they send riddles for some reason when they could just tell you to create a new one.

I can’t transfer money anymore from the app so it’s dead to me now. I am only using it to see what’s in my account now. This is the most annoying update to ever happen to this app. It was so unneeded. Unless it goes back to normal I might uninstall tbh
- [R75] Not happy with recent changes: All of a sudden the options at the bottom of the interface changed and the ability to make a transfer is no longer available, they replaced it with “Order Checks”. What a crappy change, I don’t have checks and this is completely useless as I doubt most people use checks anymore. Word of advice, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

- [R86] Slow processing: Takes days to process simple debit transactions from mcds and target. Paying directly with account routing and account number should be instant, however that also takes about a week.

You have to flip back & forth between screens to see amounts due on your accounts. Then you must note this and carry over to a different screen to pay. This really needs to be mashed up in some way making it easier and less error prone for the user.
