If you already have an event that repeats, do not delete it because you will not be able to repeat it or any again, unless you want to pay for the upgrade version. I finally had to transfer all of my events to calendar that comes with the iPhone. Very sad to have to delete this app, especially after just paying for another year recently, but now, No spam alerts.
